Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
My interaction with Toni was amazing. Not only did she address the reason why I was there but she took great care in reviewing ongoing medical conditions that I have. It was obvious that she is an incredible provider who wanted to ensure she treated my present concern but also my overall well-being. I'd rate her 100 stars if it was as option.

Genuine kindness is such a rarity and I truly appreciate just how sweet and kind everyone was. They were patient with my questions and answered each one with patience and sincerity!

Ms.Toni made my visit very pleasant. I felt seen and heard as a patient. I didn't feel rushed or hurried. I had a thorough examination and was given medication to treat my condition. I have no complaints, only compliments, on the outstanding service I received.

FNP did not show much empathy. I was in a lot of pain, not asking for pain medication either. She did not appear to be overly concerned about my case.

The staff is great. Provided excellent care and follow up to tell me the after visit note had been updated in my chart. I live in Maryville but happily drive to this location. Absoluty the best!!
