Was very pleased with my experience - in and out quickly and efficiently but was not rushed. Caregiver was personable and professional and listened to my concerns.

PA needs to pay attention to what the patient says and then follow through on what he says he's going to prescribe.

We like Dr. Will and his nurse and I'm happy with their care. We weren't very happy with the office getting calls back to us when we were trying to set the appointment up.

This was an amazing experience. Dr. William was amazing awesome. He listened, gave suggestions, heard me and understood, he also explained things to me for me to understand. Truly heaven sent.

First time meeting PA William Tschannen. Good listener, knowledgeable and personable. Glad he is with the BJC Group All the people who work with this group that I have contact with know their job and do it well. Everyone has always been very pleasant, too, from the phone call to the visit.

I had a good experience but meeting with the PA, William, for the first time, he was very knowledgeable and caring, but talked fast which made me have to ask him often to repeat things.

My physician’s assistant, Will, gave me the best care I’ve ever received! He took the time to fully discuss my health concerns and explained every part of the treatment plan. I have never felt so well cared for by any provider in my life, you guys got a real good one!
