It’s ALWAYS extraordinary when I deal with BJC that’s why I try and keep them as my medical provider. In all the years I’ve been with them, I think I may have had a compliant only once

Dr. Blair was BEYOND patient while I dealt with technical issues...... and I actually learned something about using telehealth. She understood my concern and addressed it immediately, with clear instructions and kindness. She is a valuable asset for your team.

Dr. Blair diagnosed my condition and prescribed medicine that I was able to get in a very timely manner. Dr. Blair is very professional, caring and delivered excellent medical care to me.

I appreciate Dr looked at past history notes knowing my condition and was able to get my scripts needed, before it got worse. Feeling like I'm on the road to recovery and staying out of ICU.

Dr. Blair was so kind, patient and friendly. I felt she really heard me and was very thorough about my treatment plan and repeated my next steps. This experience was wonderful even though I felt miserable.

The doctor who saw me was great. I really appreciated being able to schedule a virtual visit and have my concerns addressed so well.

Dr. Blair was wonderful to work with, she talked me through my symptoms and gave ideas of what was happening and came up with a course of treatment which has worked well. She was sympathetic and gave great advice on how to keep myself comfortable.

Patricia Joe Blair did an excellent job of listening, looking at the photos of my throat, listening to the symptoms and then treatment.

I appreciated the nurse telling me the limitations of virtual care and the reasons why she felt she had enough information to prescribe meds though I was not in-person. I also appreciated instructions about how to know if I should call back. And it was a bonus that she provided information on various ways to prevent future sinus problems from allergies. She tailored the information after asking about my history and my home and work conditions. She also gave advice on how to prevent possible side effects from the antibiotics prescribed.

Dr Blair is a compassionate and caring physician. She listened intently to my symptoms and concerns, and she made an accurate diagnosis. This telehealth program is just as effective as seeing the doctor in the office or clinic. I appreciate Dr Blair’s professionalism and I am glad that she is available for this service!

This was my first virtual care visit and it was great. It was extremely easy to manage. I was able to get the appointment quickly and then was given very clear instructions for logging on. The doctor was very helpful and very personable.

Dr. Blair was kind, professional, understanding, patient, & thorough. She made the experience easy & was comforting throughout. Her patience & understanding was above & beyond. It helped me feel more relaxed & less stressed. She spoke in a calm voice & it helped keep me calm. When I started crying she was understanding & comforting. It made a huge difference! It was refreshing to have that experience. Thank you.
