Being sick is bad enough... but having competent people in your corner helps ease some of the woes. Everyone was very professional, responsive, and got to work quickly to help me heal.
Their service and dedication are above par and appreciated... especially in a time of need.

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Blair. She listened. She was compassionate, kept great eye to eye contact. She was intuitive to my records, reading my records. She knew what I was talking about, the information. She was just chill. I wish I could see her all the time, actually. She was really good. I thank her for being a voice, mean an ear when I needed to allow, and she gave me opportunity for my voice to be heard, dealing with a lot of stress and emotional things going on with grief, excessive stress at work, and she listened, and I really do appreciate that.

Dr. P. Blair was hearing me, but also listening to me which was apparent to me as our conversation continued!
She encouraged me to change a few things in my diet routine to obtain better health results to avoid flare ups.
I am very pleased with her comparison and empathy toward me and the services she provided!!!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Blair was very patient and kind. She listened to me thoroughly as I explained both the mechanism of injury and the symptoms I have been experiencing. I did not feel rushed, and more importantly to me, she did not talk down to me and treat me as if I were stupid. This is something that most doctors unfortunately do, and so I am very appreciative of Dr. Blair’s interaction with me.

I had a wonderful experience with this office! The entire staff — including Dr. Jo, went above and beyond to help me. I was a new patient with an appointment approaching in less than an hour, and they still took the time to help me get all my information set up. Everyone was so kind, professional, compassionate, and understanding. I truly appreciate the excellent care and customer service I received.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing at all! From beginning to end, the care I received was exceptional — very empathetic, compassionate, and professional. Their medical knowledge and communication were outstanding, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
