The evaluation and treatment prescribed by the NP Figura was exceptional. She fully explained what she observed during my eval and detailed why she prescribed the meds.

Katie thought my voice seemed strained. I had not noticed anything different. When I mentioned her finding to my daughter, she said she noticed something was different about my voice in the past couple days. Great job Katie! I’m an RN and appreciate her thorough examination.

Katherine Figura was outstanding in her attempts to communicate with me as I am Deaf. I turned down the option of using the iPad interpreter due to a history of several bad experiences using this technology for a medical appointment. Dr Figura was wearing a mask since she had been working recently with some very sick patients. She wrote notes to me because I was unable to read her lips with the mask. She made sure that I understood what she was saying by writing down practically everything she said. Kudos to Dr Figura!!
