Np Katherine lynn Figura went above and beyond. She removed seed ticks from my body with the upmost of care her patience was incredible all the time making sure I was comfortable.Afterwards explaining the reasons for taking antibiotics and to be aware of any changes in my health. No one was extraordinary. I arrived before my appointment at 3 pm and was left in an exam room for 1 hour and 20 minutes before being seen

Communicate She the proceeded to do an exam and spoke in circles but never told me a plan to help me feel better. In the end I ask for a print out because I did not understand what her diagnosis was

Katie was amazing. I appreciated how attentive, knowledgeable and kind she was. I wish she could be my PC!! The clinic is out of my way but I will come here first if/when I need urgent care in the future. Everyone was really wonderful, from staff to Katie.
