Ms Figura did a great job if answering questions and thoroughly explaining her diagnosis of my condition, the reasons for the medications being prescribed, and actions I needed to take to feel better.

Kathy showed good judgment in sending me to the ER. She showed personal care when she said she would follow up to be sure. I got checked in at the ER.

The nurse practitioner, Katherine Figura, was terrific in every respect. She gave me great care in treating my right arm She bandaged me up and gave me full instructions on how to change the bandaged dressing. And she was very pleasant and nice. All in all, TERRIFIC care!

The entire team at the Convenient care was kind, respectful and professional. Katie provided excellent care. She was kind, professional, spoke to me in a manner I prefer (medically related vs standard patient friendly language). She personally walked me from the clinic to the radiology suite. Katie treated the entire person - she carefully considered subjective information and how it correlated with the objective information when determining a treatment plan. I am grateful for her care, as well as the rest of the staff! They have a good thing going.
