I was told the NP would call since I had follow up questions after several days of taking meds prescribed. The NP never called.

I thought that Katherine was respectful , Listened very carefully, asked questions to clarify, and responded with a great deal of knowledge. I felt that her care was exceptional. In fact, each of the staff that I encountered were professional, helpful and kept things running smoothly and yet gave me the time that I needed. I have told people in the past and will continue to tell them that this is the best kept secret in West St. Louis County. Today’s visit was an outstanding example of how well a visit can go. Thank you to everyone who contributes the patient care.

I have had several visits with K. Figura and find she has great listening skills, provides treatment options as close to my “less is better” preference as possible, and takes time to answer questions!

Well, the patient was my 27 ye old autistic son and he as very problematic. Katherine was patient and thought outside of the box on ways to treat him

Each person I encountered from greeting me, initial intake and the Exam with NP Katherine was extremely positive and welcoming.
