The nurse practitioner, Katherine Figura, was terrific in every respect. She gave me great care in treating my right arm She bandaged me up and gave me full instructions on how to change the bandaged dressing. And she was very pleasant and nice. All in all, TERRIFIC care!

NP Katie was outstanding. She showed great care, understanding and professionalism with everything she did during my visit. I was very impressed with her. She listened, was attentive and offered medication and a care approach that worked very well for me. I am very happy with the visit with NP Katie and the results of her assessment and treatment plan.

I thought that Katie Figura did an excellent job throughout this visit. She was knowledgeable, professional. answered all questions thoroughly and was very kind. In addition Katie took the amount of time needed for my visit

The entire team at the Convenient care was kind, respectful and professional. Katie provided excellent care. She was kind, professional, spoke to me in a manner I prefer (medically related vs standard patient friendly language). She personally walked me from the clinic to the radiology suite. Katie treated the entire person - she carefully considered subjective information and how it correlated with the objective information when determining a treatment plan. I am grateful for her care, as well as the rest of the staff! They have a good thing going.

Katherine was extraordinary in reviewing the x-rays and my symptoms and prescribing a solution that made good sense to me. She definitely made my day in a way I can’t express my gratitude enough for - especially in showing my x-rays of the chest/heart.

Katie thought my voice seemed strained. I had not noticed anything different. When I mentioned her finding to my daughter, she said she noticed something was different about my voice in the past couple days. Great job Katie! I’m an RN and appreciate her thorough examination.
