Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The carrot and attention that was given to me doing there and listening to my symptoms was very important to me. It has me feeling a little better today. I’m thankful for that. I appreciate all that the doctor did for me when I was there.

Mary was extraordinary & very receptive to what I said and understood my concerns. NP Mary provided the excellent care I have came to expect from their O’fallon office!

Staff and Mary were both excellent in my care. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Was my first time going to a convenience care.

Mary is awesome!! She gave me her complete attention and a thorough examination for my symptoms. She is very professional and asked me many questions. Much much more and all positive!! Also, the rest of the staff were very friendly and professional.

The Dr listened to my needs and past treatments to come up with a strong solution to my problem. I was very happy on her plan I could have hugged her. I can’t thank her enough !!!

Mary (NP) listened to my chief compliant, efficiently assessed me and provided treatment. I appreciate her listening to my concern and not belittling me as prior providers have in the past. As a patient I felt heard and appreciated being part of my treatment. This was the best experience I have encountered!

NP Mary was very receptive, friendly, a very good listener! Iappreciated her knowledge of my problem and the utmost care she gave me. I felt in very good hands. I will continue to recommend BJC Convince Care in O’Fallon, Missouri!
