I don’t enjoy needing to go to an urgent/convenient care, but when I do I’m happy this one exists. They run on time, everyone from the front desk to the providers are so nice, it’s always a good experience. I appreciate having a facility and people like this. Thank you and thanks to all of them.

NP Mary Withoelter was very pleasant and thorough.
I did not have to wait after arriving and was seen promptly. I was very pleased.

I am a nervous wreck, I hate hospitals. And am really nervous about whatever is going on with me. From the staff to the doctor... I cannot say enough about how kind, empathetic, and reassuring everyone has been! The staff I have encountered during my issues this far have been incredible!

She was the first person to listen to me about my situation and years. I appreciated her advice and help and I would go back to her over and over again.

The carrot and attention that was given to me doing there and listening to my symptoms was very important to me. It has me feeling a little better today. I’m thankful for that. I appreciate all that the doctor did for me when I was there.

Mary was extraordinary & very receptive to what I said and understood my concerns. NP Mary provided the excellent care I have came to expect from their O’fallon office!

Spent more time with the patient and listen to them! I feel the exact same I I did when I walked in there and feel like nothing was done to make me feel better

Staff and Mary were both excellent in my care. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Was my first time going to a convenience care.
