What else would you like to say about your experience?
The staff was all exceptional!! It’s not always easy being cared for as a queer person, but the nurse and staff all made me want to come back. Quick service and no beating around the bush.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Sadly, my NP was very dismissive and did not listen to my concerns. I felt like my concerns were diminished and not listened to as soon as she came into the room. I am extremely disappointed in the treatment that I received at this clinic and I hope that this provider slows down and listens to her patients.

The staff was extremely professional and the nurse practitioner, Joanne Gibson, was awesome. Would definitely recommend the Convenient Care BJC to anyone that I know. Excellent job, guys.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Joann Gipson NP was so patient as I was very frightened with my condition. I had never had an allergic reaction like the one I experienced on my visit. She was very kind and pleasant, explained every step in her treatment to get me calm and receptive to every step she was taking to get me better. I can't thank her enough. God Bless her!

The staff and the physician all displayed courtesy, professionalism, knowledge of all procedures in which they individually engaged with me and, in general, reflected a positive image of the standards of BJC.

The appt was for my daughter With DS and both the nurse and Dr, treated her with respect, went slowly with her as to not upset or scare her, they were wonderful

All of the staff that helped me during my visit were very friendly and explained instructions thoroughly. And answered all my questions with no problems. They got me in and out at a reasonable time. I will come back to this location for more services if needed.

My appt was the first appointment at 8am. I was the told that Joann Gipson was running late. She did not arrive until 8:40. She did a very Quick Look ay my issue and I was discharged by 8:42 as by that time there were 2 other patients waiting and she quickly ran to the next patient room. I did not receive excellent care at all!!
