What else would you like to say about your experience?
I was taken care of by all the staff. They listened to my concerns and treated me accordingly. They took care of me when my primary care doctors office just blew me off. Thank goodness there is some place to go to that actually treats their patients. Thank you for taking care of me.

The staff was all exceptional!! It’s not always easy being cared for as a queer person, but the nurse and staff all made me want to come back. Quick service and no beating around the bush.

Sadly, my NP was very dismissive and did not listen to my concerns. I felt like my concerns were diminished and not listened to as soon as she came into the room. I am extremely disappointed in the treatment that I received at this clinic and I hope that this provider slows down and listens to her patients.

The staff was extremely professional and the nurse practitioner, Joanne Gibson, was awesome. Would definitely recommend the Convenient Care BJC to anyone that I know. Excellent job, guys.

Joann Gipson NP was so patient as I was very frightened with my condition. I had never had an allergic reaction like the one I experienced on my visit. She was very kind and pleasant, explained every step in her treatment to get me calm and receptive to every step she was taking to get me better. I can't thank her enough. God Bless her!
