Spent maybe over 5 min with me. Tried to give medication history to her. She She didn’t listen to me. I have been there before but never treated like this. She blew me off. Not even 10 min with me to examine. I am formerly a medical office and Hospital employee. I am 72 and know A lot about my body and my history. She should listen when a patient is speaking about a few medical experiences she has had with medication
What could have been done to improve your experience?
She could have slowed down her pace and actually at least made it appear that she was being thorough She could have asked me about my prior infections asked questions about symptoms, medication prescribed. Outcome? She could have listened with respect to an older woman who was sick with a similar illness. It was important to me to feel heard and listened to me about what I was asking for because I had already had it for a number of days and it was getting worse. Did not feel or act compassionate! I am the kind of person where I usually give the person the benefit of the doubt. Not this time.

I was very satisfied from the services I received. The whole staff was wonderful. They treated my son great and were very patient. The NP was wonderful

The Nurse Practitioner I saw was amazing. She addressed the reason that I went for the visit promptly and she even addressed a concern that I wasn’t originally there for. She seemed so caring about all of my symptoms and addressed each one individually. I was also in and out in 30 minutes which is amazing. Thank you so much for the great care provided!

Miss Katherine McKenna, Was excellent in every way and each and every time I’ve ever went to her, she’s always courteous, helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable, conscientious and kind! I hope to always be able to see her. She’s the most wonderful doctor I’ve ever had.! I would highly recommend her!
