The facility was very cordial, very professional. The nurse practitioner explained everything, went over everything with me. It was a very, very good experience and I appreciate it.

Very patient and well-mannered and explained things very, very well. My seven-year-old asked a lot of questions and they explained everything and had patience.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I have visited this office twice this week. Once for me and the other for my daughter. Both times, I was treated with genuine care and respect. They listened to my concerns and talked me through how to help deal with the pain. Very pleased with our experience and thankful to those who treated us.

I appreciated her knowledge. I felt she gave me options and I was able to consider all my options and ask questions in a safe environment. I will use this facility and recommend her.

Spent maybe over 5 min with me. Tried to give medication history to her. She She didn’t listen to me. I have been there before but never treated like this. She blew me off. Not even 10 min with me to examine. I am formerly a medical office and Hospital employee. I am 72 and know A lot about my body and my history. She should listen when a patient is speaking about a few medical experiences she has had with medication
What could have been done to improve your experience?
She could have slowed down her pace and actually at least made it appear that she was being thorough She could have asked me about my prior infections asked questions about symptoms, medication prescribed. Outcome? She could have listened with respect to an older woman who was sick with a similar illness. It was important to me to feel heard and listened to me about what I was asking for because I had already had it for a number of days and it was getting worse. Did not feel or act compassionate! I am the kind of person where I usually give the person the benefit of the doubt. Not this time.

I was very satisfied from the services I received. The whole staff was wonderful. They treated my son great and were very patient. The NP was wonderful
