Kathryn McKenna was timely and accurate in her caregiving. She informed me of her findings and explained her plan of action and what to do as far as follow-up. She was compassionate and caring. I appreciated her time and concerns.

Everything was perfect. Excellent professionalism was displayed by the staff that I had interactions with. Thorough exam and explanation of the prescriptions that were ordered for me was appreciated very much.

My provider and her staff were really wonderful! They took special care to get me diagnosed and started treatments right away! They were swamped , so we agreed to me returning a little later so as not to be waiting there so long! Very thoughtful!

Kathryn McKenna was knowledgeable, compassionate, interested, skillful, well informed, thorough, kind, open, and intelligent. An active listener and engaged professional. She provided excellent care and clear explanations as well as cautions regarding potential complications or the worsening of the condition. The care I received from this practitioner is superior to the past care received from many other healthcare providers, including those whose educational credentialing may have exceeded hers.

Kathy took the time to listen. I have been through quite a bit in the past couple of years. Unfortunately, it has had an effect on just about everything I’ve experienced since May, 2021. I feel that in order for my providers to understand my needs, I need to explain, as quickly as possible, a condensed version of it, and the impact it has had on my overall mental and physical health; and how it continues to impact my mental and physical wellbeing. I hate how it has affected my life. It means so much when a provider stops and listens, especially so when they are busy. It meant a lot when Kathy listened last night! It was greatly appreciated!!

Nurse practioner Katherine was very nice, listened carefully, made sure she understood my concerns. Katherine was the one to bring me my After Visit Summary and made sure I understood after care instructions. This was my first visit to the center. I had excellent care and was more than pleased. Everyone there was great. Nurse practices and nurse listened and explained everything. They even answered me 3 different times when I asked if it was contagious.
