What else would you like to say about your experience?
I was taken back into a room on time but the doctor didn’t come in until an hour after my appointment time. I was about to leave when she came in. I had to get home to kids.

There was no room for improvement. Everybody was wonderful. They took care of me better than any place I've ever been, and I highly recommend it.

While the conditions that I have are probably very routine for the staff, they still listen and provide with attention to detail in handling my specific needs. This outpatient care facility provides prompt and very good care.

The staff at this facility is awesome. They're outstanding and I would recommend them to anybody. They're friendly. They are very hospitable and they're just outstanding at their jobs. Thank you for the opportunity to experience this.

Everything was very satisfactory about my time there at urgent care. No problems at all. Everything was excellent.

I am somewhat disappointed (for the first time at this facility). I believe the NP that I saw was certainly competent but we never discussed the root of my medical problem and next steps.

Well, I thought it was a real very nice place to go to and convenient and I like the staff and I'd probably go back again.

I think that Kathy, my nurse practitioner and my medical assistant, both were very caring, competent. They took into account how I felt, how badly I was doing, and made sure that I got the testing done I needed and the information I needed to start to begin to feel better. Both of them deserve big kudos.

I was taken in on time. I was quickly treated by the staff and did not wait a long time to receive service. Very pleased!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The wait time was short (if any at all!). I live in Edwardsville but will continue to go to Bethalto if future care is needed.

The nurse practitioner was not helpful in resolving my issue. I will not come to that location if she is there.

Very patient and well-mannered and explained things very, very well. My seven-year-old asked a lot of questions and they explained everything and had patience.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I have visited this office twice this week. Once for me and the other for my daughter. Both times, I was treated with genuine care and respect. They listened to my concerns and talked me through how to help deal with the pain. Very pleased with our experience and thankful to those who treated us.

Spent maybe over 5 min with me. Tried to give medication history to her. She She didn’t listen to me. I have been there before but never treated like this. She blew me off. Not even 10 min with me to examine. I am formerly a medical office and Hospital employee. I am 72 and know A lot about my body and my history. She should listen when a patient is speaking about a few medical experiences she has had with medication
What could have been done to improve your experience?
She could have slowed down her pace and actually at least made it appear that she was being thorough She could have asked me about my prior infections asked questions about symptoms, medication prescribed. Outcome? She could have listened with respect to an older woman who was sick with a similar illness. It was important to me to feel heard and listened to me about what I was asking for because I had already had it for a number of days and it was getting worse. Did not feel or act compassionate! I am the kind of person where I usually give the person the benefit of the doubt. Not this time.
