Ms. Summer's is always carring and professional. She really listens and is prompt in returning messages on my chart and letting me know my test results and explains things thoroughly.

I FIND THAT THE WHOLE MEDICAL TEAM WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND SHOWED ME THE REASON TO ALWAYS RETURN WITH ANY MEDICAL PROBLEM THAT I HAVE.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
IN MY OPINION NOTHING ELSE COULD HAVE MAKE MY VISIT ANY MORE EXCELLENT THAN IT WAS.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Stephanie Summers was excellent! She was caring and compassionate and knew how sick I was and made sure she did what she could to get me better. She sent me to the infusion center for fluids which is exactly what I needed. I believe it has helped me to get through this illness. She is an asset to BJC and you can tell she truly cares about her patients.
