Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I couldn’t see the NP for the majority of the visit. I was talking to a screen.

It would have been nice to see NP during the visit.

I think the timing was right on schedule the help was as much as she possibly could give me I'm not sure what exactly my condition is not being her fault or anything I would recommend her and she did help

She eas exceptionally good. She listen, she asked questions to be precise as to what she could fo to help me. I would love to have her as a primary . She went above and beyond to hear me out with rushing. Her response time to see be was fantastic.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
There isn't anything she could have done to improve her superior service. If I am ever on neef of after hour care I am praying she would be the staff member I get to help me. She prescribed the tight medication that almost instantly started my healing process without any side effects.

Not have been some what rude about video visits, when my doctors office said this was the only available way to do it

Wonderful visit she was very thorough and she explained everything, gave detailed instructions on what to do .. and she told me to follow up if I had any other issues

Got on a call really late. Didn’t provide information that I needed never included my doctors note for work. Call back and said that she was gonna send it out. Never sent anything out. Couldn’t get back in touch with the care team.

This medical group is second to none. They have integrity and their core principles reflect the patients needs and accommodations towards a better life. Amanda poindexter is a great Doctor and was very attentive to my needs and listen my concerns. This place is so good I can't say enough good things. Thanks for all that you do and I hope to be a patient throughout my life.

The NP that assessed my symptoms was thorough , kind and professional. This is the second day and I’m already feeling much better !
