I absolutely love Victoria the nurse practitioner. She was very informative and friendly. She helped me understand things that were going on with my medication. Would highly recommend.

Victoria was disrespectful, dismissive, rude , and condescending. We most likely will not return to this location.

I will not return to this location. We were all very sick and just not treated with the utmost respect by Victoria she did not show compassion or respect for anything I said I told her. It was very uncomfortable.

Totally mixed emotions about what I was told that evening by the practitioner that seen me. Left feeling like what I had was no concern and I need to see other patients now

Im so thankful that I was seen by this NP. I've had a condition that has been going on for awhile and she spent the time to figure out what was the cause. She is very professional but also kind and caring.

Everyone we encountered was exceptional! I brought my elderly mother, who has dementia, in for a weekend visit and each person was respectful, helpful, and kind. I called in advance to be sure she could be seen and the person who answered the phone was amazing as were all of the staff members who saw us in person.

I had to ask the NP what the results of the tests were and what the diagnosis was. This was near the end of the visit. Communication could have been much better

I have to say that my visit to BIC Medical Group Convient Care at Wentzville was excellent. I strongly will inform others to visit this facility. Amazing service- efficient, helpful, informative.

My appointment was at 3:45 and I arrived afee minutes late (about 5). Around 4:30 I was taken to the ecamining room. It was about 5:10 before I was seen by the treating person. I felt forgotten.

I must say, Victoria was the best medical professional I’ve ever encountered in my life. I am going to look into seeing if I can have her a primary care. I know she’s not a position, but I have ever felt like a medical professional cared more about my health, can’t say enough good about her

Victoria was a phenomenal NP. She related to my daughter easily and explained her medical needs well. Her knowledge was outstanding. Upon leaving the visit, my daughter asked if Victoria could be her primary care physician.

Whenever I have to visit the Bjc convenient care and Wentzville I’m always hoping that Victoria is working. She is a very knowledgeable person and I value her opinion and advice! Victoria is Excellent
