Victoria is incredible! When some of the specific results came in, she called me ASAP, to discuss. I really appreciate that! The unreal is, she prescribed the antibiotic, I have started taking it, and I’m feeling better! It is a rare thing for a medical practitioner to give the kind care that she did.

All of the care I received was over the top. I can’t think of a better way to describe how much I appreciate the care that I received I am on my way to receiving the care I have been searching for for 3 months THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I really thought everyone was excellent although only Victoria is the only one with stood out as repeatedly introducing herself and making sure that I knew who she was! To me that was excellent care because it helps me to feel like I am being treated as someone who you know. I honestly felt that I would recognize Victoria as outstanding, she really made me feel like she cared and was interested in what happened to me and also was very supportive in making sure I knew what to do moving forward!

Victoria Thompson NP did an outstanding job. She was knowledgeable but also agreed to go a step further with a PCR test to add to my assurance and comfort that my condition was not due to one of the more serious illnesses which could affect some other of my health concerns. But also set up a future plan if my symptoms persist after several more days. In my opinion; she is an excellent NP for an urgent care setting

I would like to recognize the nurse practitioner Victoria was professional as expected but also very caring and empathetic. She took the time to listen to what I said, probe me for clarification and do a thorough exam and testing before providing a diagnosis. She also noticed my blood pressure was high because of the otc meds I was taking and she took the time to explain verbally and in writing what otc meds I should and shouldn’t use based on me being treated with prescription meds for high blood pressure. To me this was treatment I felt was above and beyond.

The NP was fantastic. She was thorough, kind, and explained everything in a way even my 15 year old could understand. This was a great experience.
