Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The NP Taylor Rae was very helpful and knowledgeable she asked me the right questions wrote the proper prescriptions for my symptoms sent them right over to my neighborhood pharmacy showed care and interest in her job and listened well she didn't rush me and remained friendly and professional I will use this facility again if I ever have another emergency. I recommend this place to others as well .
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The NP and Nurse were very sweet and I enjoyed their company. They made me feel better and I was having a hard time breathing.

I was so shocked that the whole staff was very professional and very friendly from the time I stepped in the door until the time I left

The staff was very friendly and made me feel warm, even though I wasn’t feeling the best.

There is nothing they could have done better. This visit was one of the most comfortable visits I have had in a while. I will definitely be using this location whenever I have a medical issue.

Everyone I encountered was amazing. They eased my anxiety & were caring. Made me feel like I was truly being cared for,

It seems crazy to say this but I can’t think of anything they need to do better. I wish I could explain how nervous I was, my bp was high, I hadn’t eaten all day but by the time I left, I was at ease & starving so they did their job in helping me feel better. Please tell them they are exemplary, that entire team is special.

Taylor and the MA were professional and since I was feeling pretty bad they took extra special care in ensuring I was comfortable. I was a walk in visit and felt welcomed

The care I got after requesting a visit in the day was top notch. From the staff taking to Taylor seeing me. Very professional and explained to me what was going on.
