Everyone from staff to nurse practitioner who sent me home with a diagnosis and prescription that gave some relief in about 12 hours and am feeling much better this morning.

The wait time was long even with a scheduled appointment, maybe just letting the patient know there is a 10 min delay or something, like a flight gives notifications it is arriving late.
