Yes! This visit was by far the best Urgent Care experience that I have ever had. They have it right at this location and are absolute Rock Stars at what they do! Jennine was my NP who saw me. She listened to me and my background and then what was going on. Jennine explained the over the counter medication and mouthwash I could use. I also knew she was smiling despite her mask. I truly wish that I could take them with me to all my appts they are ROCK STARS!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. This is the second experience with the doctor recording the visit using AI and I love that my providers can talk to me - like focus on me - without them having to type the entire visit.

They while staff did an outstanding job with being kind and respectful.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Wait time was a little long considering there was no one else in the waiting room and I arrived early but waited approximately 15 min after my appointment scheduled time.

Jennine Beckmann gave me great care. My appt. Was at 4:00, I was home at 4:30, had medicine for UTI at 7. It was a great experience.

I did have to wait over 30 minutes. My appointment time was 5:15 and I was in the waiting room until at least 5:45

The professional nurse practitioner I saw was very thorough & caring and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping my situation. Extremely good listener that made it easier for me to be able to explain my delicate condition. She truly made me feel like I mattered. I would like to thank her for her service & compassionate care.

Jeannine was very friendly, knowledgeable & respectful. She listened carefully as I explained my symptoms. She was able to do test in office to help confirm treatment.. she involved me in discussion of medication.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. It was my first time visiting an urgent care center and I was very surprised and happy with the professionalism, prompt attention, and thoroughness of the NP and staff.
