APN Kaylee Bowen and astaff were superb. I am in my 70s and have never had such a total pleasant experience with health care in my whole life. Kaylee and staff are the perfect team who work together professionally and flawlessly. Until this visit with Kaylee and staff I have never had a total positive experience with any nurse practiconer and their staff ranging from their medical care to their personalities. Kaylee and staff is the professional standard for me and should be for all medical professions and medical care facilities. For any of my future visits to BJC in Godfrey, I will attempt to make all my future appointments with Kaylee.

Everything was well done and I was taken care of real well. I appreciate their time, their professionalism, and nothing else I can say. I'd go back.

I felt that Kaylee did an excellent job. She was knowledgeable, very nice, very sweet, but she really kind of hit on everything And so I really thank her for that and I really think she did a wonderful job.

My entire care team from check in to check out was fantastic! I was kept well informed of my care and given excellent treatment.

Dr. Kayle had a wonderful personality. She also proceeded professionally with her duties while being shadowed from another person. She makes you feel calm and comfortable.

Kaylee was excellent at both visits during my recent illness. She was compassionate, thorough and made me feel very seen/heard. She explained my diagnosis well and made me feel very reassured. I really appreciated the care I received.

I felt that both her nurse and nurse practitioner were awesome. Very personable/friendly, good communicators, good listeners and showed my daughter kindness and respect.

I spent about 25 minutes in exam room waiting for PA to look at ears so nurse could irrigate. Not happy about that

I felt the provider took me seriously, and treated me with respect. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a walk in clinic.

The doctor was outstanding in that she was very approachable and easy to talk to. Also thorough in ordering the tests in order to properly diagnose my condition and recommend appropriate treatment.

Dr. Bowen did an excellent job in her diagnosis. I was having ear issues besides sinus problem. They flushed out my ear canals and am able to hear better from that ear in quite a while. Thank you.

Kaylee was excellent, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. She recommended I go to the ED which I did and it was the perfect call. She could have been any better. She provided excellent care for me.
