Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Kaylee Bowen was amazing to see. Even coordinated between my normal doctor there at the facility as I didn't think I'd be able to get a quick appointment I just opted to see someone at the convenient care side.

Kaylee is just awesome. She is so thorough, friendly, informative and actually cares about my treatment. She is the reason I chose to come to Bethalto for convenient care. She is top notch in my book. Can't say enough wonderful things about her.

Ms Bowen is an excellent addition to the staff. She diagnosed the problem prescribed the treatment and things are much better already

Both Kaylee and the med tech were excellent. Both friendly and very communicative. Kaylee addressed all my concerns and didn't dismiss my concerns.

All the staff was very good. The nurse that called me with my test results was amazing, but I do not remember her name.

Kaylee was excellent. She actively listened to my problem and the steps I'd taken to treat it prior to my visit. She involved me in the decisionmaking of my plan of care and thoroughly explained what she felt the best next steps should be. Jenny, who scheduled my appointment, made the process incredibly easy.
