Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Kaylee was very nice and concerned for me and my health. She remembered seeing me a few days prior for the same illness and was concerned about my recovery.

Kaylee has very good listening skills. She engaged with the background of my case and sought to understand why I visited convenience care. She was clear in her communication as to what would be next.

Kaylee Bowen was wonderful! I would like her as my nurse practitioner always! She was caring, and really took the time to listen and answer my questions.

I stopped by Saturday morning. Everybody was nice and friendly. Got me in quick and took time to ask questions and listen to me.

Kaylee was exceptionally nice and thorough. I complained about pain in my teeth. I had no idea she would really look at it and tell me what to watch for. She's very professional and friendly. She addressed my concerns. I felt very comfortable knowing that she had the best protocol for my care.

The entire staff, from the front desk, to the exam room, and everyone else I encountered, were outstanding.

Everything was pleasant. I can’t think of anything that could be done to improve this facility and its’ staff.

Kaylee Bowen was amazing to see. Even coordinated between my normal doctor there at the facility as I didn't think I'd be able to get a quick appointment I just opted to see someone at the convenient care side.

Kaylee is just awesome. She is so thorough, friendly, informative and actually cares about my treatment. She is the reason I chose to come to Bethalto for convenient care. She is top notch in my book. Can't say enough wonderful things about her.

Ms Bowen is an excellent addition to the staff. She diagnosed the problem prescribed the treatment and things are much better already
