Kaylee was excellent. She actively listened to my problem and the steps I'd taken to treat it prior to my visit. She involved me in the decisionmaking of my plan of care and thoroughly explained what she felt the best next steps should be. Jenny, who scheduled my appointment, made the process incredibly easy.
