The NP Melissa was very kind, attentive, compassionate, and caring. She was very clear with her diagnosis and treatment options. She was also very pleasant and would definitely see her again if the need arises. Clearly she likes what she does. Thanks Melissa

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful from the front desk to the medical student, to the NP. Got in and out quickly with the treatment I needed. Much appreciated.

Melissa in ConVCare and my personal NP collaborated with input from me to examine me and diagnose my complaint in an expeditious manner. I appreciated that very much. This is truly how helpful the Convenient Care can be.

The nurse practitioner, Melissa Lee, listened to me about my condition and has me feeling great three days later. I had been miserable for a week.

She was extremely conscientious and compassionate! She listened to me and cleaned my infection perfectly! Helped me realize I wasn’t taking the medication correctly and explained it to me perfectly! She was my angel!

Both Nurse Lee and the nurse who took vitals etc. were cheerful and professional. I was seen right on time.

My NP was EXCELLENT. Highly recommend! She deserves a raise. I am a nurse and I know she went out of her way to provide excellent care. Complete physical exam, great job explaining medication. Overall excellent care.

I feel each individual that I interacted with gave me the attention I needed and was thorough. I didn't feel they rushed and I was not rushed.
