Paula was extraordinary, she made sure to let me know that she was always listening, just that she was typing so I didn't have to repeat anything twice and was very thorough in explaining everything to me. I am very grateful for her compassion and care.

Everyone I encountered from tthe initial call into my doctor’s office NP to the virtual health care visit was courteous, knowledgeable, and listened to me with concern and intentions to getting me what was needed to feel better. I’m so appreciative to have experienced my 1st virtual health visit with great success.

Excellent service as she listened to me and paid attention to me and she was patient also. Sent over prescription medication right away to pharmacy and I was able to get medicine that night.

NP Elder was so knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous, and I didn't fee rushed at all. She was methodical regarding her questions and support. It takes a certain type of disposition to do interactive /electronic visits. NP Elder seems perfect for this job.

The Nurse practioner was great. She asked me about my symptoms and addressed each one individually and discussed what medications would benefit me. She addressed all of my issues and provided great service

Paula was prompt and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated the way she listened to me and responded professionally. I was at work so she allowed me to take care of business and then continued on. She then called my prescriptions into my pharmacy and asking me if I had any other questions.

I was able to get in quickly and she listened so well. She was kind and understanding, and I was not rushed. It was good knowing I had an appointment time rather waiting indefinitely who a different service or provider.
