Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Paula was amazing! Professional and warm. I thought seeing a different doctor would feel funny, but it was very comfortable! She listened, informed me, answered all my questions etc. a very positive experience!

Paula was very relaxed which eased a bit of anxiety on my part. She was very thorough and kind in giving information and also taking her time listening to my concerns or questions

not paula. she would not shut up. she did not listen. she had that call tied up my ipad for two or more days. wherever she is. tell her. stop treating trauma. her drama. her problem

I had a great virtual visit yesterday. My condition was explained and also the treatment option for now. She was also good to tell me to see my primary if my lip doesn't get better. She was very good. She also knew how to help me with my camera and microphone

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I felt that the medical provider initially made statements in a condescending tone. While her statements and questions were valid, it's not what you say, but how you say it. After a while, it appeared she softened and actually gave me information and prescriptions that would help. I saw that she is capable of being nicer, but for whatever reason, her initial reaction was to be uncompassionate.

I will say Nikolai the nurse practitioner is magnificent. He helps an always help to understand and talk to you very well Nikolai 100.

Everything was beautiful the doctors the nurses to people everybody the secretaries. It was beautiful people working there.

She checked and rechecked all my medical tests and knew how Paxlovid would work with my meds, etc. I was real impressed in her abilities with a new person . Ms. Elder was above and beyond.

She was helpful, courteous, and listened to me well. She involved me in the process of coming to a decision about the next step and further care. She asked pertinent questions and used my responses appropriately.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, timely and comprehensive interaction. My first TeleMedicine experience. It was amazing great experience and a great time saver as well. Highly recommend for those situations where an on site visit is not warranted.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I seen Paula Elders N.P. through telehealth virtual appointment. It was a Gid send to be able L e to get in so quickly. To be diagnosed so quickly. To listen to my concerns as well as explain thoroughly the plan if treatment. This was a pleasant experience. And a gamechanger for someone who needs care urgently but doesn't want to crowd the ER department with something so mundane yet important.

This is my second visit through BJC Telemedicine video and audio. This appointment actually started several minutes early. The doctor/NP was quick and thorough in reviewing my drug allergies and in examination of my issue.

Nothing. They are quick, convenient and thorough.

NP did not listen to me. A nurse is supposed to listen and empathize, advocate. This NP apparently missed that training. I was very disappointed. My husband heard the conversation and was in disbelief.
