My pa was very nice and professional. She went out of her way to diagnose and treat me. Exactly what I expect but rarely see.

I felt that Adrienne Kenny and the nurse were very kind and helpful. Wonderful Care.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Well not actually that visit but follow up to get chest X-ray there was no order and it was at the facility next door and was told the facilities aren’t Connected. To quicken my time there as I wasn’t feeling well, I walked over and got my order and walked back and got my chest x-ray.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
My Nurse Practitioner was not thorough, nor did she listen to what I had to say. As an NP, I felt she was either rushing or lacked the knowledge to see what was going on and make connections in my chart.

I can not say enough great things about Adrienne! Friendly, courteous, KNOWLEDGEABLE! We actually discussed the possible medications that were available and why she recommended the one I got. She is OUTSTANDING!

Adrienne and staff were wonderful! Care was exceptional. Saw me right away: didn’t feel rushed. Explained everything ahead of time. Answered my questions and didn’t make me feel like I should have known the answer.
