Adrienne was by far the best NP I have ever encountered. She was thorough, double checking my current medications and conditions checking for any possible drug interaction issues with the decided plan of treatment. As my medication routine would need to be modified, she’s the first person to actually do the math for me and record exactly on what calendar dates each change needed to occur. That and she was kind, compassionate, validating, and reassuring. While I felt absolutely miserable, my spirit was lifted, and that usually makes all the difference. I’m so grateful for her expertise and care.

The doctor, I have seen her before, is excellent. She really tries to explain things and she is busy, but she’s very good.

Adriane and the nurse with her were so sweet. They were speedy and made no fuss of the worst part being getting the throat swab. Then they were very engaging with him and made him feel comfortable. Thank you for an awesome experience!

Adrienne was excellent! They were so good with my 8 year old, especially when she was nervous about getting a strep swab. When my daughter was positive for strep I asked if I could also make an appt to get tested and they did it immediately. This urgent care facility is always so clean and quick!

Everyone was so friendly and professional! Adrienne was excellent. She was compassionate, very professional, and geared the care given towards my daughter even with her many teen emotions! I was highly impressed and my daughter liked her as well.

Adrienne Kinney was fantastic. She listened to my concerns. She is very caring. She makes you feel important. She also shows you the upmost respect. That is a very special quality to have. So many people in the health field seems to to rush the elderly, as if we are that important or that we don't understand what they are telling us. But Adrienne demonstrates all the qualities a person in her profession should have. The ability to be able to communicate with patients and to put them at ease.
