This was the first time I was disappointed in the care I received at your facility. I have been going to the Edwardsville facility since it opened. This time I felt that Adrienne did not listen to me.

Adrienne and staff were wonderful! Care was exceptional. Saw me right away: didn’t feel rushed. Explained everything ahead of time. Answered my questions and didn’t make me feel like I should have known the answer.

I’ve been here three times and all three times. I have been treated very respectfully and feel my privacy is very important to them. I have no complaints and enjoy the entire staff.

Nothing. This organization is 100% user-friendly and very helpful with everything.

The staff at this facility are always friendly, positive, helpful, and professional. We have grown to have a lot of confidence in the staff for their professionalism and care of our son.

Adrienne’s excellent explanation of her process of picking the correct antibiotic as well as the strength of the dosage being low to protect Mom’s compromised kidneys.

My NP was Awsome , respected me as a patient. She listened to me and my concerns. I feel so much better and I felt safe being treated by her.

Ms Kinney is exceptional. She listens and seems to have very good diagnostic capabilities. She engages the patient in conversation, putting them at ease. I would recommend her to others.

I would like to thank and recognize Adrienne Kinney for leading a great care team. From the minute I was shown to the exam room, the staff was focused on me and how best to help me. Bravo! NP Kinney was to the point and highly considerate that I was uncomfortable and her every move was about getting to an answer and getting me home

NP Kinney was excellent. NP Kinney took time to listen to everything, make a care plan, and explain everything to me. NP Kinney is very smart, efficient and a great communicator. Do not let her get away from the BJC staff. She's the best!
