The staff was pleasant, caring and friendly. Katie was a breath of fresh air- kind, thorough, compassionate. She listened to me and cared about solving my issues.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The LPN and NP were excellent in their care. I felt heard and listened to, they also helped to relieve my anxiety with the shortness of breath that I was experiencing. Went out of their way to even wheel me out to my car in a wheel chair to decrease shortness of breath so that I could then proceed to the ER for further treatment. They showed concern and support with excellence. I thank them so much for their care.

I have always found all the staff very helpful, they always make me feel very comfortable and are efficient with every aspect of care. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
We had a great visit. We were seen quickly and observed strong teamwork among the care team throughout our visit. The provider and staff effectively balanced speaking to my son as the patient and me as his mom. The care provided to him was wonderful!

The visit with kate Clancy was excellent. She was thoughtful and kind and very helpful and understanding. She provided outstanding care for my dad. She was very kind and respectful to me and the woman she was training.

Katherine was excellent in doing what she could, she let me know that the antibiotics was not working on my bacteria, and that I may have to go to the er!!! She sent an antibiotic to the pharmacy that would give me some relief for the weekend. If not better to go to the er for intravenous IV!!
