I have a great experience visiting Dr De Francesco as my primary care physician for the first time. She’s on time, very friendly, takes time to get to know me, and asks appropriate questions. She is not just interested in you as a patient, but to your general life’s concerns. She offers to help with anything that might be within her reach, and she also directs you to be part of certain activities that might help with your life situation. You can tell she is genuinely cares. I would recommend anyone to Dr De Francesco. I think she is awesome 👏 !!

One of the finest young doctors we have ever had & that is saying a lot after being seen by some of the best doctors in the country at DUKE UMC in Durham NC for 33 years! She is patient, a good listener, takes your input into consideration. She saved my life in Feb/March when I was critically ill because my flu vaccines exposed me to ALL the viruses in the vaccine from which they were to innoculate me. I was too ill to go to ER/HOSPITAL as any germ exposure could have been fatal as my immune system has been severely compromised due to monoclonal gammopathy diagnosed in 11/2024. She sent a team of 2 nurses to attend to me in my home. With 2 prescriptions I was able to make a slow recovery with her checking on me every step of the way.
At 72 years young, this will most likely NOT be my last close brush with death.
I can be assured she will be here to help me again. Thank You Dr. Hart, LPG,

My visit with Laura Hart was everything and more you would want from your doctor. She took time listing and explaining everything we talked about during my visit. She was caring and professional. Everyone in her office is friendly and helpful. I'am very thankful I have found a TRULY AMAZING DOCTOR.

Dr. Raphael has been by primary physician since we moved to Fort Myers full-time three years ago. She has manage my care through problem with atrial fibrillation, and spinal stenosis, with referrals to specialist that controlled or resolved, acute problems. She is a wonderful physician, but has a great sense of humor also, which I enjoy.
