I am 80 yrs. old and have encountered a few doctors along the way. I feel that Kimberly is [ ]. She actually cares about her patients and is extremely thorough. I'm really going to miss her. Her shoes will be hard to fill

Kim has always been there to answer my questions thoroughly and offer suggestions. All appointments were scheduled without a hitch by the time I got home. I was either getting a phone call or they already scheduled me for appointments and scans. I truly will miss her. She was personable, caring And complete. I will miss her not being my primary. I trusted her. That’s the big thing too. I trusted her.

Kimberly is a nice nurse but could be better in compassion. I came into the office because my [ ] was not getting better and I had a fever for 5 days. Since I had [ ] before and am a [ ] patient, I was concerned about my health but she made me feel a little uncomfortable in coming in again so soon from my previous doctor appointment. I just wanted to stay on top of my health. In general she is knowledgeable just could be more understanding and caring.

I haven't had a great doctor in quite some time but will definitely stay with Dr May. I felt like she listen and exactly cared about my concerns and let me make decisions in what I wanted to do. Her staff was great too wasn't rushing to get me out there. We'll done thank you

Kimberly May is my FAVORITE medical provider! She is exceptional at what she does and it's hard to imagine a more caring, compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable, and dedicated primary care professional. I highly recommend her.

I do wish that if they use One Chart that messages, requests for referrals and tests results are conveyed in a more timely manner after the visit. I have been referred for one medication that my person could not refill which at the time I booked the appointment I was told she could. I basically came in to establish care at Lee Health after relocating and took the first available appointment. Regarding refills and general [ ], she will be awesome as we discussed those entirely and she and I agree on maintaining what I currently need prescribed. I have a feeling after I saw test results today that I could be referred to an internist.

Quick, efficient, accommodating to requests at my visit, [ ] together, / agreed on plan, etc. NP was very thorough and nice! No one likes to have to go to the doctor but I will go back to her as needed!
