Dr Dessent spends as much time with me as needed. I never felt rushed. He is very caring.

Have ready at the front door is very nice. Everybody that took me in the back. The nurses were very good and the doctor was excellent. He sat down and talked to you and let you know what's going on.

Nurse asst wonderful as well! Thankful that Dr Dessent was kind enough to fit Larry into his schedule. We will transfer to him as our primary doctor. Dr Margaret [ ] would not take Larry in until 4/28 & he was a critical patient & she was our primary Dr since she started here. Very disappointed in her & to not even message us! Very unprofessional!

The Nurse checking my Vitals in the Examing Room making sure she recorded my medical information accurately. Also, Dr. Joseph Dessent in being very understanding about my delay with getting my bloodwork completed. I'm getting it done on March 30th at Cape Coral Hospital.

Eva at the reception desk is always so sweet and helpful. The MA for my appointment was super helpful in tracking down a PA issue with one of my meds. Dr. Dessent and his shadow NP were super receptive, listened to me and answered every single question I had. Dr. Dessent always makes me feel like we are a team by listening and understanding my thoughts and opinions. I know if he stresses the importance of something that isn't necessarily something I would prefer that it really is what is best for me. I leave every annual checkup feeling good about what we discussed.

Dr. Dessent is excellent. Very thorough, listens to my concerns, diagnosed the problem well, sent a prescription to my pharmacy and asked me to let him know if I still have problems. Excellent!

This was my welcome to Medicare visit. It was nice that Dr. Dessent took the time to explain the Medicare process for this and future visits.

Dr. Dessent is very personable. He listened, asked questions that were actually vital to the symptoms I had been experiencing, and gave me a plan, starting with labwork, to hopefully figure out a diagnosis. He had 2 students with him, both were very polite. All 3 providers were extremely professional. The medical assistant who seated me Initially was also friendly. Almost forgot to mention the 2 girls at the front desk were great, smiling even at 7:40 in the morning!

Always a pleasure seeing my Dr.Dessent. Extremely professional, thorough and very responsive to my concerns. Unfortunately I will be leaving him soon as so am relocating. Hopefully will find a PCP as dedicated and competent as Dr. Dissent.
