Dr. Cruz and her team have always been fantastic practitioners and we are always treated with respect and compassion. She is a very valuable asset to Lee Health.

There were two people at the front desk when I arrived neither one looked up and acknowledged me to say good morning when I walked in. And despite the fact that I said good morning, there was no response.. The young man did eventually wish me a good day on my way out, but the female that was sitting at the front desk did not look up from her computer at any point, to make [ ] or say anything and everything on her face was hostile. She definitely should not be in any position, where she is any kind of greeter.

Dr S Cruz took the time to listen to me and talk to me about my [ ] and state of mind. She’s compassionate and made sure I went home with business cards I can tuck in my wallet to call for assistance at any time if the need arises. She not only cares for your physical health but also for your mental health. She’s very compassionate.

Dr Cruz is outstanding; she is not my regular doctor, but I got an appointment with her the same day I needed it. She listened. she asked a lot of questions. She problem solved and was very pleasant and compassionate.

This was my first visit with LPG. Stephanie Cruz and the nurse (Aimee) were very friendly and put me at ease. Stephanie spent a good amount of time getting to know me, my concerns and also taking medical history.

I can’t say enough about the Residency Program at Lee Health. I’m not sure how I lucked into finding them when my husband and I moved here over 3 years ago. We have had nothing but good experiences all the way around….from the front desk people, the MA’s and every single physician that has taken care of us! This appointment was no exception. Thank you Dr. Cruz and staff for all the good work you do for this Community.

Dr. Cruz was patient and thoughtful .. and willing to take the time to discuss options. She had prepared well for our appointment, with a clear recall of our previous meeting and the plan we developed then. We ordered some blood work, and this is the first time that the order was acknowledged by the provider (Quest) -- from my perspective, the first time that the "system" worked over many, many years. The reporting of blood lab results on MyChart is very good, particularly the ability to see charts of measurements over time. On this visit, techs and MDs did not wear masks, which is makes them so much more easily understood; and everyone spoke clearly in standard English at a reasonable pace. Good job.
