The nurse that assisted my wife and I was very personable. She made us feel very comfortable. It was nice to have such a friendly person helping you. Her name was Brittany. We really liked her.

Both Dr Cruz and her nurse were excellent! It was my first time to meet Dr. Cruz and she went over absolutely everything with me to get to know me. I was so happy to feel I have someone to trust with my health!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Cruz, to establish care as my PCP. She was polite, caring, listened to any questions or concerns and addressed them. I was very pleased to have been able to get her as my new PCP. Her PA, Brittany is great too. I have interacted several times with Brittany at the Lee Health Surfside Outpatient Center and she is great. Thank you!

She knew exactly what to give me, after 4 days with no sleep I was getting depressed the pain kept waking me up. She knew exactly what medicine to give me after 4 days with no sleep I slept all night and didn’t get woken up with pain Ifinaly was very pleased and happy thank you

On [ ], I was [ ] at the fact that I had not slept for about four days because of [ ]. I called up the Lee Health and they gave me an appointment same day and very early. I was so grateful went to see the doctor talk talk to her about my problem my husband also explain what was happening and she recommended a [ ] which I went to the drugstore and got and that night I took it and for the first time in four days I slept like a baby [ ] woke me up and I woke up feeling refreshed and happy. Yes, I would recommend this doctor to anyone. I know that is getting no results from anyone else. Thank you.

I am sorry to say I cannot remember their names other than Dr. Cruz but the woman who checked me in was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and fast in her part. The medical assistant was very helpful and took the time to answer questions and then assist with my need to reschedule my annual appointment.

Familiar with my file, is important. I don't visit often so it's important that we don't waste time. I like that she reviewed the file before seeing me. Listens well, and gives me ideas and options to keep well.

Dr Cruz listened carefully to my concerns and question. She was patient and unhurried in answering my questions and discussing actions going forward. I was treated in office for a particular issue and she the staff were thorough during the procedure and on my questions regarding any follow up. I highly recommend Dr Cruz. I my view she represents excellence in family medicine.
