Jeannette, the assistant who took my initial information including BP, was thorough and professional. She is excellent.Ian Murano is excellent, empathetic and professional. He exudes confidence and is patient.

From the moment I received a phone call offering me the opportunity to meet with Ian Murano to discuss the referral I needed for a specialist at Tampa General, an entire month Before my initial Dr Appointment with Dr Christina [ ] on 8/24/26, I have been extremely impressed with every staff member I have come in contact with. Each individual has been attentive and made me feel like I was heard. In my 73 years on this planet, I can't think of a single time that my request for a referral was taken care of so quickly! Can't believe I wasted the past 2 years waiting for my Previous PCP's Office to do what yours did in less than an hour!

Ian is always a pleasure to see and work with. Since we can never get to see our Primary Woman Doctor we were assigned to I have been more than happy working together with Ian . He listens, works with you, respects your voice in your own health care, and seems to genuinely care about you.

I always feel that Ian has my best interests at the forefront and I trust him. Jirelisse was very personable, too, as well as efficiently and professionally assisting Ian. She was able to make me feel relaxed and I had one of my best blood pressure readings in recent memory (and elevated blood pressure was the reason for my visit).
