Both Murano and the assistant were exceptional. They both took time to listen and address my concern regarding pain and numbness in my arm and fingers- asking various questions to ensure they fully understood. It was a great experience overall, and am very appreciative to have them assist with my appointment. Their humor, attentiveness, personality made for a pleasant experience. Additionally the gentleman at the registration desk (with British accent) was nice and personable as well.

NP Ian Murano was outstanding (he needs to be a doctor). I hate new doctors but through Dr [ ] , Dr [ ] and now another home run. He explained in detail why I shouldn't do this and should do that and made it my idea. . Thank you for hiring them and Ian needs a raise.
