Everyone treated us with kindness, professionalism & compassion. Dr. Draulans is the best. If he were available we'd choose to see him every visit. This was our first Medicare Wellness visit with Marlene and she was wonderful as well. Both the gentleman who checked us in and the lady who checked us out were very kind and professional.

Dr Draulans is spectacular!! He is the best doctor that I've ever had he is extremely thorough, kind, incredibly talented at his job. Also Nikki his medical assistant is wonderful, prompt, friendly, and perfect compliment to him!!

Dr. Draulans is the best! He reviews test results and compares with historical results, listens to questions and concerns (really listens). Offers suggestions and makes changes to patient care plan (meds, exercise) by providing the most recent scientific information to back it up. Thankful to have Dr. Draulans heading up my healthcare team!

The staff helped me get my bloodwork order sent the same day when I found out that my previous order had expired cause I waited too long to get that done. This allowed me to keep my annual appointment on time. I appreciated this very much! Also Sebastian Draulans is a great primary provider.

The checking person had her phone on speaker and was listening to a meeting. It not patient friendly. Are we suppose to hear the good, the bad, the ugly? Totally inappropriate.
