Dr. Draulans and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. They take the time to address any issues you may have. It doesn't feel like an assembly line like it does with some care providers.

Dr. Draulans is by far the best person and Doctor I have ever been around. He seems like he is doing his work to help people not for the money. Kudos to him and the entire staff

Dr. Draulans is an exceptional Physician provider. He listens to concerns or need for clinical information which he provides very well. In this day and age having a physician who is more interested in the patient needs, Versus the big hospital push for "productivity" Dr Draulans is efficient and in providing care he always puts his patient first! A breath of fresh air Where emphasis has become all about numbers and profits. Dr. Draulans always, always puts patient care first! He is a human asset ensuring patient retention and return visits.

During this visit I communicated with three people and all did a wonderful job. I consider myself lucky to have a doctor and nurse that I feel take time to make sure I am well. Thanks

Nikki was great. Sometimes in the past I haven't been happy with assistant, but Nikki was spot on, happy, and helpful. Good Star for NikkiDr. Draulans was the best. Always has an answer that fits me, nothining general. I'm his keto champion at 100 pound loss and being very close to the same after a year. I don't want to upset Dr. Draulans. He's been a great doctor. I've been neurotic and he always explains.

The assistant was courteous and friendly; obviously knowledgeable about her duties. Dr. Draulans, as always, listened, answered my questions, provided information regarding my diagnoses, labs, medications. His manner shows his interest in my well being, as always.

Dr Draulans is very attentive and thorough. He never seems to be hurried-he takes the time to listen to and address my every concern. I am extremely grateful to him for his care and caring. He is excellent, as a pcp, and I'm lucky to have found him years ago.

Dr. Draulans is a great physician. He never rushes me out. He answers any and all questions and explains everything. He and his nurses are very kind. I feel blessed to have him as my doctor.

Out of all my doctors, Dr. Draulans is my favorite. He takes plenty of time with me, reviews my test results and discusses my current situation as well as laying out a plan for continuing wellness. I chose him back when he opened his practice because his father delivered both of my children. I am so happy that I made that decision. I count myself lucky to be one of his patients and always enjoy working with him. I would rate him at 100 percent.

Other than Dr Draulans, himself, his assistant was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable & put me at ease immediately. Alas, I don't remember her name. ( Beautiful blonde, however)I've also interacted with Travis, another gem!

Dr. Draulans. His calm demeanor always makes me relaxed, even on this particular visit where I was quite "wound up" about the high blood pressure readings I experienced at home. He clearly outlined a plan of action we would take to improve this situation. I would recommend him to anyone. Also, I would be remiss, if I didn't mention Nikki his assistant. When I hear her call me for my appointment it makes me feel better about the preliminary information gathering and I know any subsequent paperwork etc. Is going to be complete and she'll take care of any questions I might have..

Everyone treated us with kindness, professionalism & compassion. Dr. Draulans is the best. If he were available we'd choose to see him every visit. This was our first Medicare Wellness visit with Marlene and she was wonderful as well. Both the gentleman who checked us in and the lady who checked us out were very kind and professional.
