Dr Draulans always goes above and beyond to teach and explain everything needed to understand my medical condition and what I needed to do to improve my healthcare. Written info is always given. May his nurse was kind and explained my [ ] and gave me the [ ]. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I would never go to any other provider!

Nikki, Dr. Draulans nurse does an exceptional job. Very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and easy to be around. Also Dr. Draulans is the BEST. He respects my opinion on my health and is willing to understand how I want to deal with my health.

The gentleman at the reception desk was very helpful in informing me of the expected delay in my scheduled appointment and allowing me to leave and return conveniently. Even though he was running well behind schedule Dr. Draulans did not rush me during the visit and always puts my mind at ease regarding my [ ].

Both Dr. Draulans and Nikki , take their time to make you feel comfortable , welcome and listening to your needs. Because they take their time to make sure my needs are met, I don’t mind waiting a little bit past my scheduled appointment timeline been seeing Dr. Draulans for nearly 20 years and have never felt this comfortable with any other Doctor. Dr. Draulans is a credit to LPG, Lee Health and and as a medical provider.

Dr. Draulans is an excellent doctor. He takes his time with you listens very carefully and explains everything to you. After I left the office I felt much better because of his ex explanations he is a definite asset to Lee Health.

Dr Draulans: I have been a patient of his for 25+ years. With a recent medical issue, I wanted to see him and no one else. While others in the office are a wonderful medical team, I just wanted to see him because he knows my medical condition. While this visit was very concerning to me, Dr Draulans was able to put me at ease. With exception if this visit, I would gladly see anyone in the office

From entering to completing my exam, all staff were very cheerful, friendly and proficient in their jobs. The nurse was excellent with reviewing my [ ] and taking my vitals. Dr. Draulans was wonderful as always, taking his time reviewing my labs with me and did a thorough job with my exam. He answered all my questions.
