From the front desk to the receiving nurse, so professional. The nurse had actually read my file and knew she had to do BP from my left arm due to prior BC on right breast! Susan is such an asset to your team. Smart, listens, and very professional. A+ to this team!

Brittany, the medical assistant is amazing! She was so kind and made my visit much better by taking the time to make sure I was relaxed, comfortable and stress free. She also listened to my concerns and was very supportive! She is a gem!

Everybody was excellent the young lady that came in to do the pre-assessment before the doctor she was amazing personality kindness everything about her was amazing and the doctor was very good too but I just wanted to give a special shout out to that lady young lady I should say

I have seen Nurse Hildebrandt in the past and she always delivers excellent medical care. She listens, she asks questions and discusses with me options to help me. She is absolutely terrific. Her assistant Brittney (i think), was very pleasant, she too asked questions and wanted to ensure she heard everything I said to provide details to Nurse Hildebrandt.

Susan Hildebrandt was outstanding. Spent a good amount of time going over my primary reason(pre-op clearance) for the appt and went over my overall plan at the same time. I am always impressed with the care I receive and as retired RN I have knowledge of this.
