Susan Hildebrandt is the kindest and most caring health professional I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She is completely invested in her patient’s care and goes above and beyond what she is required to do. I wish everyone could experience the level of care that she provides. The receptionist and nurse were happy to answer all of my questions with a smile on their face. Both were very knowledgeable and kind.

I think Susan was excellent. I needed to get this visit for [ ] so I could have [ ] the next week and they got me in the same day I called and Susan was thorough and excellent in getting everything I needed done ,the [ ] ordered and results ready to send the the surgeons office quickly. I appreciate her taking care of me and all I needed done and she was so pleasant and caring.

Susan is an excellent caregiver with great diagnostic and interpersonal skills. I did not feel rushed during the exam or health interview. I recommend her highly!

Susan is outstanding, didn’t feel rushed, explained her thoughts & her Assistant was equally pleasant! I believe her name was Jhustine (sp?) Left there feeling very comfortable. Wish my experience had been the same when I was there at an earlier appointment w/another APRN.

I enjoyed meeting Jashtine. Very personable. Greeted me with a smile (and announced my name clearly) and didn’t rush me as I walked from the reception area to the scale. Susan’s listening skills are great and her interpersonal skills always make me feel like I’m important. The receptionist greeted me by my name and remembered me - and had appropriate [ ] with me as I checked in. She made me smile. Please pass these comments along because even though I [ ] it’s good to have a health care facility that I know will treat me with kindness while being efficient & knowledgeable at the same time. Susan reviewed, explained my Holter monitor results and diagnosed what I thought was a [ ] and her assistant promptly came in to help out. It was [ ]. [ ] and Susan notified me of results the same afternoon. Very impressive.

Susan Hildebrant, Front Desk and Medical Assistant are all very Friendly and Kind. Medical Assistant was particularly careful to only expose me to how much she needed to expose and no more. Susan Hildebrant listened carefully and asked me if I wanted to go further with testing. She listened well was exceptionally friendly, kind and attentive without rushing me at all. The front desk woman, was extremely friendly. Wonderful experience.
