In my career I installed [ ] and saw hundreds of health care workers. Susan has to be one of the most proficient [ ] I have seen. She is knowledgeable and straight forward with health exam and recommendations. I have referred her in the past.

Susan is outstanding, didn’t feel rushed, explained her thoughts & her Assistant was equally pleasant! I believe her name was Jhustine (sp?) Left there feeling very comfortable. Wish my experience had been the same when I was there at an earlier appointment w/another APRN.

I enjoyed meeting Jashtine. Very personable. Greeted me with a smile (and announced my name clearly) and didn’t rush me as I walked from the reception area to the scale. Susan’s listening skills are great and her interpersonal skills always make me feel like I’m important. The receptionist greeted me by my name and remembered me - and had appropriate [ ] with me as I checked in. She made me smile. Please pass these comments along because even though I [ ] it’s good to have a health care facility that I know will treat me with kindness while being efficient & knowledgeable at the same time. Susan Hildebrant, Front Desk and Medical Assistant are all very Friendly and Kind. Medical Assistant was particularly careful to only expose me to how much she needed to expose and no more. Susan Hildebrant listened carefully and asked me if I wanted to go further with testing. She listened well was exceptionally friendly, kind and attentive without rushing me at all. The front desk woman, was extremely friendly. Wonderful experience.
