Susan always listens to me, answering my questions and also asking me questions that are pertinent to my continuing health. She has a friendly and professional manner which then provides that trusting bond between her and me.

The girl that does the intake before the doctor walks inside the room is outstanding. Positive, friendly, kind. Best person ever to break ice and have the doctor set up for success.

I loved the way that Susan talked to my parents but looked to me for confirmation or denial of their answers. She spent a lot of time with both of them getting to know them and understand their medical needs.

The receptionist is so helpful and friendly, but I can't remember her name at this time, darn it! Lisa was very helpful also, and Chelsea is great too, like the whole staff.

Susan is has a pleasant and caring personality was very good at I had an Insect bite on my eyelid and she took the time to see what it could be and to check it thoroughly and after prescribing an antibiotic ointment also put a script of an oral antibiotic in place in case the ointment wasn't able to take care of it and also let me know it that didn't clear it up.
