I normally do not fill out these surveys. I have used Lee Heath for years now and have seen various professionals over the years for both of my pregnancies as well as my regular checkups. My favorite doctor by far was Dr. [last name] - who has since retired. Susan and Brittney who I saw for my last appointment regarding a concern I had about a lingering cough and throat pain were absolutely phenomenal. They were such a joy to interact with. I think Susan the NP got more of my medical history from me in the short time I was seen by her than the last doctor I saw. She as well as the MA were very attentive and pleasant to interact with. I enjoy talking to providers when they are as warm, welcoming, and smiling as these two were.

Susan is consistently patient and helpful in every visit. She provides me with careful follow up instructions, orders for tests or whatever is needed. She is excellent all around.

The front desk welcomed us with a smile. Brittany came out with her smile & bubbly personality. Very friendly & took vitals & asked questions to prepare for Susan Hildebrandt. Susan is fantastic & very thorough. She spent time discussing all my concerns. Followed up with a phone call after conferring with Dr Baker. Coming up with a plan & new medicine. This office is wonderful, everyone is friendly & very caring. The staff, doctors, nurses & office staff go above in providing customer service.'

All of the staff were friendly, informative and efficient. Brittany stood out to me with authenticity and professionalism. She answered questions thoroughly and gave suggestions when needed. Her demeanor is perfect for this profession. I have been there at different times of the day and her personality and care is consistent. Susan Hildebrandt was attentive and excellent with care. Looking forward to their expertise regarding my health.

Susan always listens to me, answering my questions and also asking me questions that are pertinent to my continuing health. She has a friendly and professional manner which then provides that trusting bond between her and me.

The girl that does the intake before the doctor walks inside the room is outstanding. Positive, friendly, kind. Best person ever to break ice and have the doctor set up for success.
