The physician was very good. The thing that impressed me the most, was the fact that prior to the telehealth visit I received a call from your office wishing to discuss my allergies and my concerns prior to seeing the physician, which is very important to me as I am allergic to many medications. I saw a sign of professionalism that was unprecedented. I experienced people who were concerned about every aspect of my health. You don't see that too often.

Dr.Shkurti is a gem!! Her bedside manner is one of the best I have experienced!! She listens, concerned. Didn't feel rushed. Listen to my problems.

Did not feel rushed; felt listened to and understood; from both the nurse and Doctor Iva....both made eye contact and had a calm and confident discussion with me concerning my questions/concerns for any of the appoints I had with them.

Mildred made the decision to create an appointment for me to see Dr. Shkurti and that made all of the difference! Shayla made the awkward first visit questionnaire easy and fun. She's a keeper!! Dr. Shkurti spend a lot of time with me, as I was in a difficult situation. I'm very grateful to her. She was very kind to two of my adult daughters who decided to come along with me.
