Mildred was so kind at the front desk, it was a very easy check in process. Daniela was a great nurse. I was very nervous and she was calm and kind. I really liked how she directed me and listened to all of my questions.

The on call nurses they always treat me well and always have an a solution for me until I get seen by my provider. I think they're called triage nurses

Doctor Shkurti is amazing, always listen to my concerns, give me solutions to my issues and ask me questions to help me with my problems, great listener and she doesn't seem to be rushing, always dedicates enough time to her patients.

I feel both Shayla the nurse and Dr. Shrkurti were both excellent in listening to me and compassionate about my injury and finding solutions. The doctor was logical and systematic about what were the next steps in my health care. So very happy I found them!

My Dr. It was awkward because my stepson insists on going with me & is very uncomfortable for me but he is very controlling. I'm sure she sensed that but handled the situation greatful! I very much like this Dr.

Both nurses and Dr. Shkurti were GREAT! They listened, smiled, were friendly, showed compassion, were detailed, and were concerned. All of them were OUTSTANDING!! The whole environment was clean and organized and looked very nice! The front end receptionist was nice also!

Daniella was very professional and made me feel relaxed during my visit. She patiently took my information since it was my first time with Lee Health. Dr. Shkurti also was very professional, did not try to hurry me through my appointment, listened to my needs and had some good information as follow up. Kudos to the overall staff experience.

Dr Iva S was excellent. She was very professional and friendly as was her MA Shailla(possibly misspelled). Dr Iva actually listened to my concerns and explained in detail a plan forward for me. I feel very confident in her care for me.

From the time I enter the building, I was greeted with good morning by staff members. The same response when I got to the floor that my appointment was on by the staff members. Very welcoming. When leaving was told by staff members to have a good day. I have worked in retail for 30 plus year and the way you're treated here, you definitely would want come back to a place that make you feel welcomed, safe and able to take care of what brought me there in the first place. I felt they genuinely care about my needs and how to take of them. Very ,very satisfied with Dr. Shkurti and her staff.
