Ms Shannon it was very knowledgeable and respectful. Quite professional. And the nurse whose name was WAY was quite nice. She gave me the EKG and seem to be very knowledgeable. Five stars for both of them!!

Shannon really listened to me and addressed all my symptoms. She asked good and relevant questions and made good suggestions and next steps.
