I spoke with Shannon through a video call. The video part was not working but she was able to diagnose my problem through our conversation and prescribe what was needed. I have never experienced an appointment over the phone before so I was skeptical about how useful it would be. Shannon made me feel very comfortable as if we were actually in person. I don't think you can ever replace an actual one on one but this was close.

The only reason I come to this office is because of Shannon She is professional she's attentive she is considerate and always makes me feel at ease She's the best In the business! Bar none!

This was my first annual Medicare visit and I couldn't of been happier, Shannon didn't rush and I think the care I received was superior. She has since helped me get my medicine by having the pharmacist call me, set me up with the specialty pharmacy as I can't afford my medication because of high copays. I wasn't happy with my primary physician and asked Shannon if I could follow-up with her. I have a appointment in 30 days to watch my BP.
