I have to say it was one of the most enjoyable visit I have had with a PA. She was very knowledgeable. Listened looked at me while I was talking and she was responding when looking at me she gave good friendly advice and she was very kind in her speech and approach. I really enjoyed my time with her. I would definitely request her again. She is an added plus

Both the nurse who took my weight and vitals and Shannon. They were both fantastic. They listened to all my questions and answered my concerns. I was very relaxed and I did not feel rushed or like a number. Shannon was very good at explaining everything step by step so I could understand. They make a great team.

Ms. Cragin is a complete asset to the Lee health system. Completely professional and understanding and absolutely listens to the patient. And diagnosis according to testing and facilitating what is needed in that particular situation. Kudos to her and she's amazing. And I appreciate everything she is done for me.
