Shannon is awesome nurse practitioner! With that said I rather have her as my Dr, she has tremendous bedside manners. She really does show care and love for her patients. I have no problem calling her my Dr of choice!!!!! The nurses are wonderful and caring, there's not one that I've met i didn't like. Great team working there! I'm glad we go to Lee Health!

Your stuff deserves high grades for thier kindness and professionalism. Dr [ ] is one of the best doctors I have the honor to know ( I’ve been a RN for over 50 yrs). We all know that this high quantity atmosphere doesn’t just happens. It is created from the top first and is shared to all the staff. I have already recommended others to your whole service. I am so happy to find a complete serve in medicine in this area. Thank you all. God Bless

Nicole and Shannon were awesome. Felt like I was their only patient for the day and it was 5:30pm when they saw me in. Very professional. I’m sure they were tired and wanting to go home, but I never felt that way.

Shannon went over all the [ ] that I had received and mentioned other [ ] that might be beneficial for me to receive. I never felt rushed during the visit, it was a pleasant visit. Shannon was very personal and pleasant .

Shannon is an awesome person , very friendly and Courteous!. She really takes her time with the patient, that's me and goes over everything not skipping along just to get to the next patient. I'm very happy to have her check on me and kudos to the staff as well. They are very nice and you can notice that they love the work they do. Thank you Lee health for having a great staff !

Shannon Cragin was very knowledgeable and excellent at what she does. She wasn't rushed and explained everything on what is going to happen and how to go about my care. She took a culture and explained everything in detail. She also took me as a patient on a very short notice. She is very professional and kind. I would make her my primary care provider anytime. I know she amazing in the medical field and will continue to treat everyone like family. I've had a lot of medical visits in the past and felt like I didn't get any answers I hoped for. This time I feel like I'm on the right track for recovery. She is truly amazing. I felt blessed to have her and can't wait for my medical results. Thank you so much!

I have never in my 33 years on this earth I have experienced such an amazing and wonderful doctor. How soft spoken she was during an [ ] I was experiencing, how detailed she was in her instructions and how she took the time to actually care for me is an extremely rare occurrence. I have meet a few good doctors in the Lee health system but she has surpassed anything I have ever experienced. Reminds me of the times when doctors took the time to understand the patient and care for them. Thank you so much to this Dr.
