I think the nurse can't recall her name was excellent and shannon was also. I was very happy with there care.

The visit was handled professionally and with care. My wife and I were between homes due to the hurricanes, yet the Nurse Practicicioner handled it well, as did the staff.

Doctor Shannon Cragin took enough time to review my lab’s results, listened my concerns and was very kind. Dr. Cragin is so nice.

I have never in my 33 years on this earth I have experienced such an amazing and wonderful doctor. How soft spoken she was during an [ ] I was experiencing, how detailed she was in her instructions and how she took the time to actually care for me is an extremely rare occurrence. I have meet a few good doctors in the Lee health system but she has surpassed anything I have ever experienced. Reminds me of the times when doctors took the time to understand the patient and care for them. Thank you so much to this Dr.

Ms. Cragin was kind and informative. She answered all questions that I have about my health going forward. I have a fear of going to the DR and Shannon made me comfortable and did not judge anything about me. Her assistant Nicole was also very attentive. Great team to have together!! Shannon Craig, Aprn1 is absolutely amazing. She spent alot with me and going labs. She even had the for-thought to message me about a lab order that we discussed which she wanted done,letting me know she added to my chart! Many kudos for her work ethic and caring person. She answered every question I asked. I would also like to compliment Diana at the front desk who stayed later so she could provide my next appointment needed and she was just so nice and kind giving me and another patient bottled water when the other patient asked for one. She is an asset to the front desk! Lastly, the Medical Assistant Yesenia who works closely with Shannon was super sweet and caring. We had some laughs during our time together, one laugh was about the half top paper gowns and that they are easily ripped. Upon leaving Yesenia went over all my paperwork, she was also able to print off lab results that were ordered by another facility that didn’t even have the results when I left

All staff at Lee Physician Group are very friendly, professional, caring about their patients. I was taking care by Shannon Cragin. She is an excellent nurse practitioner, friendly, soft spoken person, knowledgeable, I felt so comfortable talking to her about my health issues, she listens to patients and give them advice about their health care.
