Shannon is my favorite person to go to at this practice and I always ask for her even over my primary who I don�t like at all. In fact, I am switching primaries. Shannon listens and is caring and kind and we need more medical professionals like her.

I love Shannon. This is my second time seeing Shannon and she makes me so comfortable and listens closely to everything I have to say. She looks for answers and due to my complex medical background will always stop and ask if there is any question about treatment for me. I have no problem seeing her when Dr. [ ] is booked. Both are a blessing and I wish I could see them for everything.

Shannon is awesome nurse practitioner! With that said I rather have her as my Dr, she has tremendous bedside manners. She really does show care and love for her patients. I have no problem calling her my Dr of choice!!!!! The nurses are wonderful and caring, there's not one that I've met i didn't like. Great team working there! I'm glad we go to Lee Health!

Your stuff deserves high grades for thier kindness and professionalism. Dr [ ] is one of the best doctors I have the honor to know ( I’ve been a RN for over 50 yrs). We all know that this high quantity atmosphere doesn’t just happens. It is created from the top first and is shared to all the staff. I have already recommended others to your whole service. I am so happy to find a complete serve in medicine in this area. Thank you all. God Bless

Nicole and Shannon were awesome. Felt like I was their only patient for the day and it was 5:30pm when they saw me in. Very professional. I’m sure they were tired and wanting to go home, but I never felt that way.
