This appointment was to meet Dr. Hart initially to establish care. Our previous physician, Dr. [ ], left the practice. Our meeting and discussion with Dr Hart was exceptional. We appear to be lucky to have her as our new physician. Looking forward to Dr. Harts care!

Maria, the nursing assistant, is always outstanding and extremely kind and helpful. It was my first time meeting Dr. Hart and I like her immensely....was a bit anxious about Dr. [ ] leaving but I know I am going to be very comfortable with Dr. Hart moving forward.

Maria, the Medical Assistant, was very nice and kind. She also listened to my concerns. Before she performed any tests, she asked if it would be ok to do them instead of just saying , “We’re going to do…” Maria explained what the tests were for and how she would perform them. It was my first time seeing Dr. Hart, and I was very comfortable speaking to her. She asked questions and listened to my thoughts and concerns.

Dr Hart was great, as were the medical assistant and front desk staff. Dr Hart had clearly reviewed my chart in advance and was patient, attentive, and responsive during my visit. She reviewed records of recent tests performed in NH and provided clear feedback and referrals that will be very helpful to me in making upcoming decisions related to treatment my ongoing [ ] and treatment of [ ]. I’m happy to have Dr Hart as my new PCP.

I met Dr. Laura Hart the first time and I immediately felt comfortable and safe with her. She listened carefully, and concentrated on finding a way to get my problems resolved. She made me feel heard and understood. I am happy to have met her.
