This was my second visit this week for another issue - once Andrea was the MA so professional and caring ! First time I met Dr Hart (I usually see Erin ) Dr Hart was professional, thorough, knowledgeable of my past health and caring!

Dr Hart embraces the role of a complete primary physician with enthusiasm and professionalism. Doctor Hart didn't just diagnose, she went into lifestyle choices and recommended classes to take and food to eat. It felt like she genuinely cared about our family's health and not just our current medical problem. Her staff was upbeat and friendly and made the experience a great one.

It's summer break and I had to bring my daughter to my appointment. Dr. Hart was so sweet and chatted with her a bit before my exam. Afterwards, my daughter raved about how nice she was and how lucky I was to have a doctor that sat down to explain things and ask questions about my well-being.

After a message I sent Dr. Hart on Sunday night, I received a response the next morning & was able to see her the same day. That was excellent service that I truly appreciated & needed. Dr. Laura Hart is the BEST! She actually listened when I explained what kind of neck issues I was having. She worked with me to discuss what actions to take for immediate relief and helped me by ordering physical therapy and X-rays to get to the root of the problem. I am so thankful to her for actually listening to my symptoms and concerns.

Dr. Hart went over my testing and highlighted progress. She encouraged me to add weight training. We arrived at mutual goals and how to achieve them. The medical assistant was thorough and professional. I left feeling positive and encouraged..

Dr Hart is excellent. She is very caring and listens. She is not alarmist and doesn't feel you need to leave every appointment with a stack of referrals and new prescriptions. She takes a very common sense approach.
