I had to get a new PCP so this was my first appointment. The young lady at registration was so nice, the nurse was wonderful and I really liked meeting Dr Romero. Yesterday I saw John and he too was very nice. I'm very happy of having a new team for my care.

MA Adrienne [ ] and Dr. Romero were both incredibly welcoming and amazing despite the hectic and chaotic morning. My appointment got pushed back by 20 minutes but the both of them were able to get me in and out in record time while also answering all of my questions and concerns with great care and knowledge as well as even getting a physical exam in. I was very impressed and happy with Adrienne and Dr. Romero. They deserve all of the raises and bonuses out there.

Medical assistant, Adriana, very helpful, personable and efficient. Glad to meet Dr. Romero and hoping that there will be continuity in being her patient. The frequent change in medical providers at Lee Health Coconut Point has been a concern. The medical professional-patient relationship is an important one and constant change is less than ideal. I hope providers will be treated well, respected, and valued.

Dr Romero was very nice and sincere and helpful very friendly I love that in my doctor. The nurse was also very helpful would help me in and out of the [ ] push me downstairs to meet the [ ] to take me to my truck the staff when I came in with very nice at the front desk I have never been treated so well that I have when I came there at this last visit I was very satisfied they work together flawlessly very well-oiled machine I would recommend them to anyone God bless them and the staff thank you very much for allowing me to express myself thank you.
