I really like Dr Romero and her care and focus on my needs and helping me understand options for my care are excellent. She and her team care and she made sure we could solve problems rather than brushing them off. Insurance and pricing are key issues now and she was helpful at adjusting care options for my needs.

Adrienne, the nurse who took my information, was friendly and professional.Doctor Romero was very helpful in answer all my questions and was thorough in going over my bloodwork to explain what would be the best treatment for my ongoing health. I am thankful to have her as my PCP.

Dr Romero had a good "bedside manner". She explained things clearly and looked at the "whole" of my health including my lifestyles. We agreed on a course of action that she felt would be helpful for my type 2 diabetes and I've already made some changes and look forward to my next test results .

Everyone was excellent. Please hire more of the same. It is very difficult to find doctors and staff who actually listen with empathy and concern. This group is excellent.

The entire front desk staff is awesome. It is always a bit stressful entering a medical facility for treatment, and they have a special gift to put you at ease.

As always, my experience was wonderful from preregistration, on-site registration to completion. MA Adrienne W. Is always thorough. This time she had a nursing student, Grace, who was very good. Grace will be an asset to any setting once capped. And Dr. Romero... She's topnotch! Thorough, professional, engaging and included me in her plan for treatment moving forward. I love Lee Health and the professionalism I've always found!

Everyone from registration to physician. I appreciated the person helping me at registration, making sure that my insurance and all of my details were corrected before I left, as well as my husbands. The nurse who started me with my visit was amazing and very personable and friendly. And my physician, is the first one I've had in decades who I actually felt cared about me as an individual and not necessarily just about the transaction of being a patient. And, the facilities are beautiful and clean and open and make it feel inviting for you to be there.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Romero and I couldn't be happier. My appointment was at 4:20 and we met at 4:30. She listened to me, she provided sound counsel and I'm very happy she's now my care provider.
