Melanie was outstanding she truly listened to me and cared about my health. She checked back in my chart to see all I have been through and what I needed. She is outstanding.

Melanie was amazing. We discussed very personal issues that are uncomfortable to talk about, however, she made me feel as comfortable as anyone could. I wouldn't hesitate to see her again. Please keep her as she was a delight and a great asset to Lee Health.

This was my first time seeing Melanie and she was excellent. That being said, I've liked every provider I've seen here. She was really thorough, and I appreciated her kindness and explanations. She also messaged me right away about my lab results which was nice.

Ms Santiago was fabulous! She listened to every symptom I had and did a thorough examination of me! I really liked her. She prescribed an antibiotic and within days I felt much better. I was very pleased with her and will ask for her in the future. Lee health always has the best medical providers. Thank you.

PA Santiago was professional and encouraging. Even tho I was being seen for the nastiest cold I've ever faced...it was after all just a cold. PA Santiago was very supportive and showed true concern for what we (my husband accompanied me) were going through...that in itself was almost as good as waving a magic wand. We are still miserable but have no doubt it will eventually end.

The young fellow who sign me in and told me the doctor wold be in soon, he was so nice and also carried on a welcome conversation. Now the Dr. She made me very comfortable as she gave the injection,I didn't know when she was finish,,any time I would relaxe with her giving me in jections.

Melanie was amazing! What an incredible addition to your team. I was assigned to her by chance when PA Vicari had to cancel, and I was a little worried about seeing someone new. But she was thorough, kind, patient, and just has a lovely personality. I look forward to having her on my care team moving forward.

Yes. Both the medical assistant that brought me back was very friendly and caring. This is the second time I have been seen by Melanie. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and also very caring. I will definitely request to see her again.
