Melanie was amazing and her nursing staff as well. I unfortunately do not remember their names but they were training and appreciated the attention to detail. Both girls were great.

Melanie was polite and professional. She made me feel validated with my concerns and explained everything thoroughly. She gave me plenty of time to speak and wasn't in a rush to get out of the room. 10/10

I truly appreciated the time Melanie spent with me without making me feel as though she had one foot out the door ready for her next patient. Most often the staff can be friendly enough but you get a sense that they are already looking to the next patient

Dr. Santiago notified me of my bloodwork results as soon as they were ready. Impressive. I usually have to wait for weeks before someone looks at my results at this same office.

Melanie Santiago made me feel very cared for and she was so very thorough in her exam of me and gave me the confidence that I was going to be ok. She also followed by steps I could take at home to help prevent any further concerns arising.

Melanie was amazing. We discussed very personal issues that are uncomfortable to talk about, however, she made me feel as comfortable as anyone could. I wouldn't hesitate to see her again. Please keep her as she was a delight and a great asset to Lee Health.

This was my first time seeing Melanie and she was excellent. That being said, I've liked every provider I've seen here. She was really thorough, and I appreciated her kindness and explanations. She also messaged me right away about my lab results which was nice.

Ms Santiago was fabulous! She listened to every symptom I had and did a thorough examination of me! I really liked her. She prescribed an antibiotic and within days I felt much better. I was very pleased with her and will ask for her in the future. Lee health always has the best medical providers. Thank you.

PA Santiago was professional and encouraging. Even tho I was being seen for the nastiest cold I've ever faced...it was after all just a cold. PA Santiago was very supportive and showed true concern for what we (my husband accompanied me) were going through...that in itself was almost as good as waving a magic wand. We are still miserable but have no doubt it will eventually end.
