My visit was awesome, it really helped as I had been through a lot the week before (surgery, reaction to pain meds, possible pneumonia). The doctor explained things very thoroughly and answered my many many questions with patience and care.

Everyone, from the woman at the registration desk at the first-floor entrance, the woman who checked me in on seventh floor, each of the ones who ushered me into the eam room and took my vitals and information and especially my new doctor.
