I was so impressed with the triage process from start to finish. As someone who works in healthcare for many decades now, this was one of the best I have seen anywhere. My triage nurse, Kaitlyn?, was exceptional and thoughtful in her interaction. Her decision tree was spot on and her demeanor was compassionate and reassuring. I have to mention Dr Guernsey as he is always outstanding. We are so blessed and grateful to have him as our PCP. Drs like him are few and far between. Finally, I'd be remiss if I didnt mention the front desk/office ladies at Dunbar. They continue to be polished, professional, courteous, and respectful. The smiles on their faces and in their voices make for a better visit.

Dr. Joe was a total breath of fresh air, extremely professional, friendly knowledgeable best experience in a doctors office I've had and I can't tell you how long he diagnosed something that my other doctors in New Jersey missed for 20 years and if it was a very important thing also it should be commended for this

I am very bad with names but everyone I interacted with was great. I live in SW Cape Coral and it is a haul to get to this address for appointments. There are offices closer to me but I won't change because I love the staff at this office SO much! They are ALWAYS happy and caring...the only way I would change offices is if they went with me!!

Dr. Guernsey is an outstanding doctor. He takes the time to explain everything to you in layman's terms. He is very thorough in going over your past and current medical issues. I always leave his office feeling very confident that my medical needs have been addressed

This appointment was not a regullar scheduled visit, my breathing problem was quickly addressed as Joe listen to me and provided detailed answers. It was like magic and I am very greatful.
