Every staff from walking in and walking out are always outstanding, welcoming, and encouraging. Dr. GUERNSEY went above and beyond to address every concern as usual. My family and I live in Cape Coral but because of the amazing care we always receive we will continue to make that drive. The gas spent is worth the 10/10 care received.

Yes, all the staff I encountered during the visit is very courteous and professional. Doctor Guernsey very informative and explaining the results of my recent lab work and what to expect going forward. All and all was a pleasant experience.

Dr. G and his entire staff were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. It's especially nice having a doctor close to my age because I feel completely comfortable talking to him openly about anything.With everything I've been dealing with regarding my health, having a doctor who truly listens, takes my concerns seriously, and makes me feel like he's genuinely on my side has been such a huge relief. Dr. G took the time to listen, answer my questions, and go over my concerns without making me feel rushed or dismissed.I'm extremely grateful to have found a doctor who makes me feel heard and supported. Dr. Guernsey is by far the best primary care physician that I have seen. He takes his time during the appointment to ask questions and then address the issues you are concerned about. He never cuts you off and acts as though you don't know what you are talking about. He listens and finds solutions. I highly recommend him and this practices/a

I can honestly say the entire group here is outstanding! I live in far NW Cape Coral. I could not get any further from this location if I tried. It takes me 45 minutes to get to the Dr. There are locations closer and more convenient - and they might even be just as good... But the people here have ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY, CARING, AND GENUINE. It's worth the drive for quality care!

Both Alexis the nurse and Dr Guernsey were very helpful, knowledgeable, and spent the necessary time with me. I did not feel rushed or ignored, I would definitely recommend both to anyone who ask.

I was so impressed with the triage process from start to finish. As someone who works in healthcare for many decades now, this was one of the best I have seen anywhere. My triage nurse, Kaitlyn?, was exceptional and thoughtful in her interaction. Her decision tree was spot on and her demeanor was compassionate and reassuring. I have to mention Dr Guernsey as he is always outstanding. We are so blessed and grateful to have him as our PCP. Drs like him are few and far between. Finally, I'd be remiss if I didnt mention the front desk/office ladies at Dunbar. They continue to be polished, professional, courteous, and respectful. The smiles on their faces and in their voices make for a better visit.
