Tammy Vacari-Green was excellent. Having been in healthcare myself for 34 years, I have a full understanding of what to expect in a doctor's office as it relates to my patient care. However, this was my second visit to the practice. The first visit with another practitioner did not go as well as this one. I am glad that Tammy was able to fit me in for my routine physical and she made me feel redeemed from my prior visit.

Tammy Vicari-Green is always very very friendly and Interested in why you are there. Asks questions, listens to what I’m saying. She checks my records if needed and makes certain I’m still at the same place for my prescription. She also makes you feel comfortable by not rushing to get to the next patient. Tammy is very knowledgeable and friendly and I feel in good hands when I leave. Also Becky took a sample from me and I was unable to give it. She said no worries, would you like to drink a little more water if you have time and we can try again. I keep apologizing but she kept saying no worries and made me feel comfortable. She was right. In a few minutes I tried again and was able to give a sample. Never once was she upset or rushing me. She was completely relaxed and totally thinking of her patient. She made me feel so relaxed Becky is very good at her job.

I didn’t catch her name, but the RN or LPN was amazing with my 15month son, and helped me keep him calm and happy throughout my appointment. Her care and compassion was beyond outstanding!

All the personnel I have interacted with through Lee Health have been over the top great. It's refreshing in this day and age to feel a personal connection rather than a number.

I first met with Skylar who is always so very friendly, caring & efficient. I was then seen by Tammy Green. This was the first time I met Tammy & she could not have been any more wonderful! She was empathetic, warm, a great listener & provided excellent suggestions in dealing with the [ ]. Although I was initially disappointed that I couldn’t see Dr. [ ], who is the best PC physician I have ever seen, Tammy quickly won me over with her kindness & professionalism. I could not be any happier with this group!!!

I have recommended Tammy. I love this office. I transferred after my husband died from [ ]. I live 10 mins. From santuary. This office is so professional and well run compared to college point.

Tammy and her nurses have always made me feel very comfortable during my visits. She listens and involves you in decisions about your care. I have never felt rushed through an appointment. I would highly recommend her and her nursing staff.

Tammy was amazing. Explained everything and listened to me. Very kind! The entire staff was excellent, welcoming and happy. Was my first visit to the office and I was very pleased. I had visited a different office (not Lee Health) and primary care physician immediately after I moved to [ ] and it was horrible, so the smiling faces, helpful advise and truly listening to me was a very welcomed surprise. I think the best part of the visit was Tammy reallllly listened, about my fears and concerns that are most probably [ ] due to my current dealings with a parent with [ ] and my moms passing a few years ago. She didn't blow it off, she actually listened, and understood that though I didn't have specific reasons for the worry, she addressed the concerns. She answered ALL of my questions and I NEVER felt hurried at any time. Becky and Bria were also excellent. They were happy and welcoming. Always with smiles which is so nice today.
