All staff were AMAZING taking care of my daughter. They allowed me to check her in when we arrived and took her straight back to the patient room so she didn't have to wait with others in waiting room or wear a mask because her symptoms were cough and sore throat. The medical assistant gave us option to test for only the most likely issue initially and then come back to test for other illnesses, only if the NP thought it was necessary.
The NP came in within less than 5 minutes and saw the first test was positive so no other testing was needed. The NP wore a mask to protect herself and us because she knew I was concerned my daughter would not be comfortable wearing one.
Within a couple of minutes with the NP, we had a prescription already called into our preferred (local) pharmacy, an aftercare summary, summarizing our visit, and a return to school note for when she was appropriate to do so.
I always recommend Breeze to others and I will definitely continue to do so following our recent visit. I truly feel they provide far superior care to other urgent cares and even better care than some PCPs or specialists.

Welcomed and in a room quickly. The Xray was completed and results were reviewed right away. Very much appreciated the quick visit.

The nurse and nurse practitioner were both amazing. My kiddo came in for a cough that was determined to be an upper respiratory bug. They were so kind so her and made sure to listen to what I had already tried and what wasn't working.
They performed a COVID test on my kiddo as well and she literally giggled while it was being done. The amount of care shown here will definitely keep me coming back. Also in network which helps
