Filling out paperwork and reserving an appointment online was so easy. There was no wait, I was immediately seen, and you could tell the staff reviewed my appointment request and health information. The floater nurse at the Frisco location that worked with me was INCREDIBLE!! I literally cannot remember her name for the life of me, and I can't find it on my paperwork, but it was somewhat of a long name. 10/10 service and care from her I loved her so much, wish she was a permanent nurse at this location!

I made an appointment online, got taken to the back immediately when I arrived. Our concierge was 5 stars! The nurse practitioner was also amazing. Sent in my RX right away. The pharmacy messed up and asked me to have it resent which he did again faster than I could have hoped. This was my first time using this business and to say I was impressed is an understatement. I will recommend this to anyone and will definitely use in the future if needed.

I had never been to urgent care before yesterday's visit. I was checked in immediately, taken back to the room immediately, and the nurse practitioner came in right away after the check-in nurse was done with her part. The check-in nurse that helped me, her name was Danny, she was absolutely amazing! So friendly and personable! She made me feel so at ease! The nurse practitioner was also very good! I give this place a 10 out of 10! I also like that it was connected to the hospital that I gave birth to my daughter at, so they had a lot of my information on file.

Everyone, receptionist, medical assistant, and medical midlevel was friendly and kind, (which helps so much when you don't feel well). Additionally, the midlevel was excellent with diagnosing and prescribing for the medical issue.
