It was a great experience considering the fact that u thought I made the appointment but when u got there they didn't see an appointment for me so I showed her on my phone that I made the appointment she said [patient name] you didn't hit confirm I looked at my phone I didn't book the appointment she said no worries I will put u down for a walk in it might b a little wait actually I waited for 12 min they got me in and out. I appreciate the staff so much.

The office was clean, organized, and efficient. I felt well distance from other sick individuals. I was treated respectfully and directly, and my wait time was very short. I was seen quickly, and was able to describe my situation and receive treatment instantly. I interacted with 3 staff members while there and they were all very professional. I didn't time it, but I was in and out the door in about 5 minutes. I'd definitely go back and would recommend.

I walked in not knowing you had to make an appointment, but within an hour I had been looked at and given my prescription. From the receptionist to the nurse to the PA everyone was upbeat and very nice. I will definitely recommend this location to my family and friends.

Courtney listened and understood what was happening as I explained my medical history to what my present day symptom was. She demonstrated concern over my illness and checked to see if it was the Covid or the flu as well. I appreciate the way she showed compassion to her patient.
