1. I was I mpressed with the ability to set an appointment ahead of time without worrying about wait time.
2. Facility is new, convenient. Equipment is up to date.
3. All three staff that I saw were friendly, efficient and caring.

The facility is always clean. Clinical staff was very friendly. Check in staff seemed slightly affronted that I showed up a few minutes early and should be coached on their tone.

It was great to be able to schedule a same day appointment. I was seen on time. Each staff member encounter was professional and pleasant. The NP listened carefully to my concerns and patiently responded to each of my questions. The NP's recommendations for pain relief until I could see the specialist to whom I was referred so I could sleep undisturbed by the pain were effective. I would recommend this facility and the NP, Kathy. I forget to ask names of the other two staff members.

My NP was nice and tried to help me the best she could with what employee health needed, but she did peel off a bandaid on my arm with her bare hands and no gloves which I felt didn't follow standard safety precautions for employees.
