Easy to make an appointment online. Paid my copay online also. Friendly and thorough front desk, MA and NP. I was in and out in 20 minutes, faster than my PCP.

My incredibly positive experience started with the friendly professionalism of the male concierge checking me in... the hand-off to the CNA was comfortable and easy... the NP was informative, wasn't condescending, and walked me through the situation. I left there having spent 30 minutes in total, a scrip called in to my pharmacy, and grateful for Breeze. It was faster and easier than trying to see my PCP in most cases. Thanks Breeze Team!

I love this clinic!!! I used to never go to urgent care when I needed to because of the expense and length of time it takes to be seen. It's usually hit or miss if you'll be take seriously.
This clinic has changed my mind! It's aesthetically pleasing, super nice staff all around, plus it's very quick and efficient.
I'm so thankful I have a Texas Breeze nearby!

Breeze Urgent Care was fast, easy and the staff was professional and also friendly. For me personally, it was a bonus that Breeze is part of the Texas Health system. My personal identification, insurance, and health records were accessible through my Texas Health account from my primary care provider and I was able to check-in using My Chart. Thank you Breeze for the excellent service you provided!

I was treated respectfully and immediately. After a quick assessment, they called EMS and I was transported to the ER. Everyone was very caring, kind and knowledgeable of my condition and I'll use their facility again when the need arises. Great group of people who are the definition of healthcare.

I do miss the medication kiosk though. The pamphlets on the front desk still say you can get the medications there at no additional cost, those need to be updated.

I love going to Breeze. I have visited several times and recommend to family and friends. Breeze makes the appointment quick and easy from start to finish. The staff is always so friendly and the place is exceptionally clean.

I think they do a great job at the clinic in Denton. They are very quick to get me even if I walk in instead of making an appointment. I try to make appointments if the web site has one available but sometimes they don't show availability on the website. They are always friendly. I highly recommend this clinic to people I talk to.
