There was a friend waiting at the entrance, we can call them Ricky, very nice and helpful young man. The staff was great and very happy to meet Ricky. My insurance covered like 85% of my whole visit so I was ecstatic about that and the team was so fast that I was in and out in like 20 minutes. Amazing experience

Very nice location with stellar treatment from Nurse Practitioner, Heather Medaris. The rest of the staff- Amanda and Jessica were lovely too. Loved the fast lab results including those sent out on Saturday for further testing.

I have a lot of chronic health issues and can't always get to UT southwestern because it's so far away or have time to wait for my Dr or in the ER, so I've been to this Breeze location several times this year already. It's clean, it's so fast, there's never a wait and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Every other urgent care I've been to has been stressful, this makes dealing with my health issues so much easier.

This provider has always been really great about taking any family member that needed urgent care. This last visit I was taken in immediately, evaluated and given a timely diagnosis with a treatment plan.The techs and PAs are just that sharp! Anyways, to make this short, as I am following the treatment plan, I am much better (recovering from what turned out to be a serious infection). I would recommend this group, these people, to anyone who needs medical treatment.

Check in was fast and easy. The nurse was kind and compassionate. The NP came to the room quickly and was wonderful!!! Answered my questions and made me feel seen. Discharge paperwork was ready super fast and I was out the door!!!

It was a wonderful experience. Both the PA and the assistant who took my vitals and ran the tests were both professional and sincerely caring. I was immediately put at ease with how everything was run from check in desk throughout the appointment. My diagnosis was spot on, and I will be back next illness.

I would rate it a 10. The woman at the front desk was super helpful, so was the provider and everyone else I interacted with. The only downside was the music, someone else needs to take over the aux.

Practitioner really took the time to explore what's worked in the past and what hasn't and how this time might be different and what might fit best THIS time given the complexity of the situation. I felt confident leaving that this would take care of the problem in one round of medications, not two. Thank you for doing that! It meant a lot🥰❣️

The visit was great and I like both of the provider. The issue was I was told a diagnosis but when it was inputted on texas health site it wrong incorrect. We had to call to get this corrected. This is not good as my provider monitoring and needs the proper info. Luckily we check the web site and found the incorrect info.
