Rachel, Ashley, Mark, and even intake with Danika (spelling?) were all wonderful. I really loved that the hospital didn't have the old school "smell" and felt like a nice hotel. I appreciate the kindness and wit of everyone I interacted with today.

From the moment I walked in the door, the entire staff was happy & pleasant, and instead of making a statement of seeing insurance, ID, etc., they asked. As a matter of fact, even in the back, I was always asked, "would you mind .....?" when they were going to do it regardless. The PA practitioner was fantastic as well! She explained everything, even the "whys". I had been on antibiotics (2 difft types) which should have treated my problem but her appropriate & aggressive plan of care for me was spot on & I felt tremendously 24° later! I never felt rushed, everyone was lovely w a happy disposition, & my treatment was perfect. (This comes from a 35yr experienced nurse.)

My granddaughter was FINALLY given the correct diagnosis and medication to help her improve after a 2 week battle with an unknown illness. She finally can sleep and eat and her sore throat isn't as severe as.
Thank you, Breeze! Her Pediatrician was NOT taking care of her properly and missed opportunities to help her get relief. My granddaughter and I are eternally grateful to Breeze and the very good PA and nurse!!!!
