The intake staff were outstanding. They took all the pertinent data and got me back to the treatment room. Jennifer Okafor, NP, was very personable and explained all the steps of the treatment. She was very concerned about my comfort level and managed my pain level. After the wound treatment, she explained the next steps, wanted assurance that all my questions were answered and what the next steps were.
