All staff were kind, welcoming, gracious, concerned, helpful. The medical tech, Kedrick, was outstanding and best I've seen in 61 years. A great caretaker and warm, effective communicator. Covered all the right bases if what I expect but seldom see ... patient, forthcoming, informative, kind, calm, thorough, friendly, truly engaged and approached us singularly, not as an item on a conveyor belt to be solely moved along.

10! They were so pleasant and kind. Facility was immaculate and the PA who cared for me was professional and yet so kind .She recommended we go to the hospital for further testing and I felt so frustrated as that was the last thing I wanted to do however in hindsight she was so right and I have peace of mind about my injury not adding my brain.

I am from out of state and needed an urgent care. Breeze was just down the street from my hotel so I went there and they were so professional, they got me in quickly, and I was on my way in no time. They made what could have been a very stressful situation so simple and seamless.

From the moment I walked in the receptionist could tell me if Tricare was accepted or not, it is!!
I waited about 30 minutes since I was a walk-in & had no appointment which I was grateful I would be seen.
The provider listened and walked me through on my care thoroughly.
