The team was fast and friendly. The attitude of the team was fun and I could overhear some interactions with other patients so I knew it wasn't just with me. It seemed like they enjoy their work and team. This place is my family's "go to" place for urgent care facilities. I recommend this place anytime the topic comes up in conversation.

I've always had great experiences here, but this visit was exceptional. NP Rikki is 100000/10 and the rest of the staff as well. Desi cleaned up my son as he threw up all over himself and then even offered to walk us to our car afterwards since my hands were full. Can't say enough good things!

From start to finish, the staff at the Burleson location is top notch! They are kind, funny, thorough, and professional. I've been coming here since January and have now brought my husband in. I don't have a PCP and don't feel like I need one. This is a much better experience than I've had at any PCP.
