Very helpful to staff. Joking and lovingly helped us out and kept our spirits high. We had a simple issue but it was quickly resolved and we were on our way healthy again.

This urgent care is excellent. Making an online appointment is simple and expedient. My personal information and particular health issue was recorded ahead of time during appointment making. Checking in was done from the car once I arrived at the location. The receptionist greeted me and collected my co-pay quickly.
This place is very clean. There was no waiting because a health care assistant took me back immediately. She was kind and thorough and got the preliminaries completed right away.
The NP was professional, well informed and collaborative offering good explanations and gave good advice and direction.
The health care assistant will personally walk you out to the front door.
Overall, I had a great experience.

It was so quick, so comfortable, and so effective. 24 hours later and I'm already better, instead of having to wait for an opening with my pcp. Even thought the issue was obvious, the checkup was thorough and nothing was missed. Couldn't have been better!
