I was able to make an appointment online. When I arrived I was seen immediately. The whole process was very convenient and patient centered.

The service at the clinic was good. From the welcome at the front desk to our nursing assistant, Sandra, who started testing for my son, to nurse Stephanie who examined and provided the treatment plan. Staff is really nice.
There was a lot of lag time in the appointment so it probably took longer than we anticipated .

I just didn't know what to expect having not been to one of these centers ever in my life, but I had no appointment and was diagnosed and given the correct subscriptions that are already working great. All took like 30 minutes. And then I also had good advice given to me about my health I needed to hear and will follow through on. And in my head being uninsured I thought it would be much more expensive. So 10 out of 10!

I came in to the Clinic in crisis and actually left smiling. Excellent teamwork and just all around great staff! I got a very logical and smart diagnosis, was prescribed medication to get ahead of the issue and given a referral if necessary. So impressive!

I really appreciated the efficiency of the clinic, especially with getting me in and out. Even with how quickly the appointment went, I didn't feel like I was rushed out and felt like my concerns were being addressed. I will prefer going here over typical clinics in large hospitals
