I received high-quality, compassionate, and highly competent care from NP, Laney, and her assistant, Arianna. I felt like I was in great hands throughout the experience. My visit was quick and efficient. The offices are new and clean. The staff was friendly. And, perhaps most important, I'm already feeling better after following my treatment plan. I've already recommended Texas Health Breeze to my friends and family and would go back in a heartbeat.

From the moment we walked in the staff assisted us and treated us with professionalism and hospitality was above and beyond. We were from out of town and were nervous about our daughter being treated. They over exceeded our expectations and made sure they assisted each concern we had. We are grateful for this facility and will come back if we ever need medical assistance.

There was no wait time and I was seen immediately. The staff were super nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my time there. I was able to get the necessary treatment needed for my back spasms. Would definitely recommend anyone to visit Breeze Urgent Care in Oak Lawn for any non-emergent medical needs!

Sandra M., Nayeli, Brenda and Piava did a great job when I arrived at the clinic towards the end the end of the shift. Many places won't let you in when it's 10 minutes before closing, but these ladies were welcoming and happy to see me. I was taken straight to a room, and the entire visit was smooth and pleasant. I was in and out in about 30 min.

I made an appt online, for an hour away, arrived about twenty minutes early, but was immediately brought to a room. They were kind, efficient and informative. I was feeling very ill, they shared my concern and came up with a plan and meds I could work with. Lainey, the NP was amazing!

The reception was pleasant, as was everyone I encountered. I made an appointment and was seen on time. There was no wait. It was nice to see a variety of refreshments in the waiting area. The facility was clean. No one wants to go to Urgent Care and if I had to go again, I'd visit this place. It was seamless.

My experience was everything! Ariana was very sweet, kind, and caring during the entire visit. The Nurse Practitioner, Piava, was not only very thorough, but she was actively listening to my concerns and addressed them very clearly and professionally. She was very supportive, sweet, and friendly. The entire clinic was clean and the staff was very helpful. Great experience.
