I have never had a bad experience at Breeze, which is why they are my go-to for the minor stuff! The only problem yesterday was the wait at the NW Hwy location was 2 hours, but I went to the Oak Lawn location, and it was no less wonderful! I recommend Breeze to anyone and everyone looking for an urgent care!

We arrived it was about 10-15 min til closing for the day. The team checked us in, tested our son, the NP saw him and cared for him. All this w/o us feeling rushed or any lack in care.

The Nurse Practitioner Lainey was very professional and knowledgeable. She was thorough and was able to explain my symptoms. The treatment plan was comprehensive and exactly what I needed. I chose this urgent care after having gone to a regular ER and waited three hours and never got seen... I will be going back to Breeze Urgent Care for any future concerns as they were able to see me and treat me in under an hour.

Everyone was so helpful, informative and patient. Laney especially - the sweetest and thoughtful nurse/practitioner. She avail to relate with you, make you feel comfortable and does her best to find answers and solutions for you. Quick, easy, and resourceful during a time when no other practitioners were available too. I'd rate them over the normal hoops the healthcare system makes so frustrating. A++

The facility is nice, very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and professional. I was seen right away with no wait time and prescriptions were sent before I even left. I would absolutely return to this location.

I had gone there for a dressing change after surgery the previous week. I had bled into the bandage. The provider resolved the issue, seem to really listen to me, which meant a lot to me. I told a friend I think I've found a new urgent care place to go to.

The service at the clinic was good. From the welcome at the front desk to our nursing assistant, Sandra, who started testing for my son, to nurse Stephanie who examined and provided the treatment plan. Staff is really nice.
There was a lot of lag time in the appointment so it probably took longer than we anticipated .
