I was able to make an appointment on line with ease!
I walked in and I literally was escorted into a medical room, very efficient, patient, calm and competent young lady, who asked me important questions that was needed for the nurse, she checked my vitals, and explained to me that nurse would come see me next!! The nurse was incredibly positive, polite, very professional, while being detailed about my relevant medical history! The nurse made me feel important, understood and identified my previous prescriptions, sent my authorized prescription to my local pharmacist!! I have never experienced such efficiency and examination of my vitals! Strongly Recommend this location!!

I was respectfully listened to and professionally cared for.
The young woman who took care of me initially, was very efficient and professional and kind. However, because she was wearing a mask and I am 80 years old, I would recommend that she speak slower and a little louder because the mask muffles much of what she says, when she speaks quickly and quietly.
Some people count on lip reading, to understand what is being asked, with a mask on, of course, that is impossible. So speaking more clearly, slowly, and louder would be very helpful.
This suggestion has nothing to do with how she conducted her responsibilities, she was very good also.

I was able to walk in and be brought back immediately to a room to start the process. Everyone was smiling, and very kind and compassionate. I was also extremely impressed with how efficient everything was.

They saw me fairly quickly as a walk-in. I had hurt my ankle, and I was afraid I had broken it. After they took the X-rays, they let me know it was not broken and it was a bad sprain. I was relieved it wasn't broken and thankful they were and to see me so quickly.

I was seen the moment I walked in the door! There was no wait at all once in my room, the nurse and NP were able to come and evaluate me immediately! They were very kind and knowledgeable!

Made an appointment, as soon as we walked in they got us in a room, didn't even have the opportunity to sit in the waiting room. Everyone was very sweet. The facility was incredibly clean with nice technology. The Nurse Practitioner we saw was incredible.

I like the way you schedule appts on line and have us walk in at the time of the appointment and then go straight to a room. I like that you encourage masks. And, the waiting area wasn't full. It was a very good experience. Also, you are connected to my chart!

Due to provider and customer service I can easily say this is the best urgent care I have ever been to. It's literally the only one I will go too in DFW area. I love this clinic!

Super clean environment. Would prefer to go to TH Breeze as a walk-in versus scheduling a telehealth call or waiting to be seen by PCP.

My visit was pre-scheduled online and very efficient once I arrived. I was quickly checked in, put into a room, and seen immediately. I never waited more than 2 minutes. I was in, tested, prescribed, and back out within about 20 minutes! I also felt like the NP and the Nurse were very friendly, empathetic, and caring. Overall this was a great experience.

Amazing experience as always no matter how busy they are sandra always knows how to make me feel welcome coming in. Piava took the time to listen to my concerns and was pleasant the entire time. Sai explained the discharge instructions to me making me feel well informed about my care. Overall i will continue to come back to this facility and recommend that everyone sees Sandra and the team. Sandra is a amazing concierge!
