Every member of the team... each one... was calm, pleasant, soft spoken, relaxed, and seemed happy to be in this office.
As I spent 2 years as the "Intake Coordinator" for a busy ENT office, I understand " behind the scenes", and was impressed with the welcome I received. The Nurse Practitioner was calm, asked detailed questions, and confirmed symptoms, but then gave me option of "wait a couple of days" to see if my cold/bronchitis gets better, or start Rx now. As I've had bronchitis many times I know it can go into pneumonia, so I started Rx last night. This morning, I'm not worse! Win!

It was easy to make a same day appointment, the staff were extremely competent and courteous, the Nurse Practitioner was thorough and knowledgeable. Overall the entire process was easy and pleasant.

We had two people in our family that got Covid and flu test and an x-ray on one of us and we got out within an hour and 15 minutes I think, that is pretty good

It was very convenient and also clean spacious and Mary the NP was kind took the time to listen and was very helpful in offering follow ups etc if needed. I would recommend going there when you have an issue and are unable to get in to see your primary care

from the minute, we walked in we were greet it with a smile, and we felt very valued. Our nurse practitioner was wonderful. Very caring looked us straight in the eye when she talked to me. At my age, I am very knowledgeable and able to read people. She was outstanding. She worked from her heart. I was completely satisfied. She was very clean very neat and very nicely presented herself. The office in the waiting room and inside the office was extremely clean. Very happy with the service.
