My experience was exceptional at this facility. My Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner helped me feel extremely confident I was receiving the best care anyone could receive. Clayton Reed was knowledgeable, thorough and caring addressing my visit.

This urgent care gives me better assistance than my PCP or other providers. They offer insights like if taking an antibiotic you may need probiotics. Simple stuff but why does no one tell patients basic information. Both these NP's did that in your urgent care.

I appreciate that we can make appts online and that those times are honored upon arrival. I haven't ever had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be taken to a room. The nurses & PAs are so kind, patient, and compassionate. I love that they take the time to explain what I have going on and treatment options. The Breeze is my go to when I'm sick!

I had a wonderful experience with Texas Breeze Urgent Care Southlake. Everyone was friendly and professional and gave me phenomenal care. Thus wss my 2nd visit to this location and my 1st visit was just as great. Which is why I returned for my visit last night, and also why I will ne back, and recommend to my friends. I had to get an xray done and I had my 2 yr old son with me. The staff watched him while I got my xray. The staff was so amazing with him and he was so happy to be their friend. They were absolutely wonderful and so nice!
