We liked the NP very much. She seemed kind and competent. The only problem was in getting the right medication. There were several mixups that required multiple phone calls to Breeze and calls/trips to the pharmacy. It took hours to straighten out and it delayed start of treatment.

I was having urgent pelvic issues and I was seeking an urgent pelvic exam. I was told that wouldn't be possible to perform and I would have to go somewhere else and that seems strange. It is an urgent care facility, and I am not able to get a pelvic exam

The front desk staff member kept coughing and rubbing her nose. She never cleaned her hands and was on her phone. She didn't check in with us after being checked in. Made us feel like a number versus a valued person.

Experience was great. Was attended to in no time and felt heard. They listened to my issue and was able to help me in about 30 min with seeing the nurse and PA.
