I came in early and they weren't busy so I got in early. They had called before hand because something I listed might not have been accommodated at this location so they were going to save me the trouble of driving there and somewhere else. We ended up not needing to go to a second location and the visit was very short and helpful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the front desk was very nice.

The staff were very professional and cared about my comfort and illness. The PA at the office was great and took professional care of me. I will return there anytime I feel I need professional medical help. A great place that I am thankful that we have in Southlake.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming! There was little wait time at all. The PA took a lot go time to listen to me and to provide me with every remedy and info she had. I appreciate the positive experience!

It was a very positive experience.
Previously I’d been to a different Urgent Care center for the same reason.
As a retired nurse ( 30 years experience) I had a clear idea for this concern.
I was a VERY satisfied customer and have already been spreading the word to neighbors and friends in my Independent Senior Living community. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the entire experience. I was able to make an appointment online, the check in process was a breeze and was seen by the healthcare staff within minutes. The examination was very thorough and I had my results quickly. I will definitely use this facility again if/when needed and will recommend it to friends and family.
