Great staff. Appointment was at 1:30 but didnt get called to a room till 2:30. It is a very busy time with lots of cold and flu so we understand the wait.

We didn't have an appt so we waited about 45 min to go back once we checked in. Once in our room all the staff was friendly and worked quickly to get us answers and discharged.

I missed my app for my 2 children and was able to get easily into 2 drop in appointments. It was very helpful as it was New Year's Eve.

The wait was a bit much. But overall care team and treatment also the care itself was awesome! I was told the extensive wait time was due to holidays. So that may be so. I will be visiting there again if needed for sure. The wait time is not what would make me not get great treatment and care. Definitely would recommender

Everyone was extremely polite to me. This is my first time to be a diagnosed with Covid. I've been very lucky. They still were super kind to me and didn't act afraid of me. They were very kind. I feel like the treatment was tarted specifically to my needs: my age and my list of prescriptions. They understood and put together, a good mix for my recovery. I really appreciate it plus I was happy to see that there was coffee!

The appointment was kept right on time. Everything went smoothly. I was feeling terrible when I got there. I was able to get the medications. I needed to start recovery. I had a horrible sinus infection and a ear infection. A day afterwards I'm feeling so much better it's nice to have a place like this she can go to with something happens and your regular doctor is closed
