All of the nurses and the nurse practitioner were so helpful, kind, and patient. They were so attentive to my baby and gentle with her. They really took the time to talk with me and answer all questions I had. I left feeling more comfortable with caring for my sick baby with the knowledge given to me.

I arrived for a walk-in around 6:30/6:45. The lobby was full and they had scheduled appointments as well, so they informed me the wait would be long. I was the final patient of the night but from the moment I walked in to walking out the door, everyone was friendly and kind. The tech and provider were receptive to my explanation of symptoms and the timeline, she and the provider were both professional, thorough, and engaging. I appreciated that when the provider mentioned which antibiotic she wanted to prescribe, she checked it for contraindications and turned out it did contraindicate with my rescue migraine medication so she checked for a different antibiotic so I could still take my migraine med if one occurred. This may seem like a function of the provider role that should be foundational but many don't check, and I really appreciated this attention to detail.

I was treated respectfully and surprisingly quickly. Everything from the clear knowledge the staff had to their bedside manner was superb. I walked in cranky because of the pain I was in, then walked out in a very good mood after having interacted with these wonderful folks.
