The receptionist gave me a cup of tea to soothe my throat. She was kind. The nurse practitioner was so kind and truly concerned about my problem. He was efficient and knowledgeable. And I was in and out in 30 minutes. So I could go home and rest.

It was easy to check in and the wait was short. My total time there was about 40 minutes. I had called first and was told to come in as soon as possible and I arrived there in 20 minutes.

Location clean, friendly, and inviting. Waited 5 minutes to be seen with appointment made just a few minutes after injury occurred. Loved that facility used wipe off boards with first name of PA, Concierge (MA), and x-ray tech in each room, including x-ray room. All professional, acting as a team, and individualized my care for my situation asking what would work best for me. Clear discharge instructions and follow-up.
