The woman at the desk was great and got me checked in quickly and efficiently as a new patient. I also thought the nurse that did all the preliminary assessments was so kind. She also has to give me a steroid shot in my hip and warned me it might sting and burn, but I hardly felt anything! Lastly, the Nurse Practitioner, Gina, was INCREDIBLE!! She put me completely at ease, was so down to earth but so professional at the same time! I just loved her!
I feel so fortunate that we have this BREEZE close by! We have brought my 94 year old mother-in-law there several times and have had the same wonderful experiences!!

I called ahead to the Breeze on 380 and asked for a wheelchair because the gout was so painful I couldn't walk. They were waiting at the door with a wheelchair, got me in immediately and had me out within 15 minutes, with an injection and with all prescriptions I would need. Took me back to my car in the wheelchair. That was yesterday. My gout has already improved, but will continue with all medications. I've been here three times and every time my experience has been the same. The people that work here are awesome, their facility is clean and they even take care of the people waiting on you. If I could give a rating higher of 10 I would. I don't want to come back.(lol) but if I need to, I know I'll be taken care of in the best possible manner. Thank you, Breeze.

My experience was excellent. I received the highest level of care I have experienced in any previous urgent care visits. Both Naomi and Edwin were excellent providers. They answered all of my questions with patience and thorough responses and were so friendly and professional. 100% will go back to this location for care again.
