Got in immediately. Everyone was kind. Place was spotless. The front desk lady wanted my son to put a mask on since he was sick but I declined for him. I told her he has a developmental disability and can't mask. She was very kind and understanding. I was kinda shocked by the masking thing. I hadn't heard that since 2020-2021 so not sure why that was being pushed but like I said she was very accommodating to his disability. I would definitely return and recommend to my friends and family that this is a great place.

Letty was a great nurse and got me in quickly (literally no wait!!), took my vitals and info, and started the tests right away, which I always appreciate (since they always take the longest). She was so nice and understanding! And Toni the NP saw me right after the nurse and was so caring and straightforward with my diagnosis and treatment plan. The whole team was caring, quick, and informative. I will definitely be back!

As a THR employee from THDN, I had the opportunity to check our Breeze service line in Argyle. My experience was fantastic. I was super proud. Dahlia the NP was excellent. She was kind and attentive. Lynette, the MT and Maria were also great. They got me checked in and roomed quickly, efficiently, and with genuine smiles. I hope Lynette will come back to THR when she completes her PA program. The office was well designed and appeared well equipped. The office design was very calming, unlike other "urgent care" offices I have seen. Let the design team know they did a great job. I will happily recommend the Argyle Beeze to anyone needing a quick solution to a health care concern. Again, you made me very proud.
