I was very impressed with this clinic from the moment I called to the moment I walked in and checked in. The staff was kind, courteous, and VERY EFFICIENT! They all worked together like a well oiled machine. Brenton immediately checked me in, and I was seen right away. Both the MA (I cannot remember her name... Jayanna?) and the NP Janice were FANTASTIC! They were thorough in attending to my needs and hearing out my concerns. I very much appreciated the time and care dedicated to me during the visit and never felt rushed for a minute. I also very much appreciate all of the education that Ms. Janice provided, and will take this knowledge with me moving forward. I also appreciate that she helped me plan my next steps in managing my concerns outside of the clinic.

The PA- Jennifer was amazing- she actually listened and heard me. She followed up with tests to actually discover what was going on. And the Radiologist - Kendrick?- was accommodating, polite and you could tell he knew his job, but was concerned about my comfort in setting up the X-rays All in all a wonderful experience. I felt listened to and it seen ONLY for my medical issues.

It was easy to make the appointment online I showed up on time and right in I went and just a few minutes later saw the nurse practitioner and from there and it was a breeze it's the first time I've used Texas health clinic urgent clinic it was a great experience

We saw Deborah NP. She was awesome. My husband has Alzheimer's and she was very good with him. Great diagnostician. I'm also and RN and she was excellent.

My daughter went in for what we thought was a bad virus and they immediately hooked her up and discovered her oxygen levels were low and immediately thought Ems should be involved with no hesitation and we got my dtr the care she immediately needed right away without hesitation

The PA/NP was very good on cleaning the area as best she could & advised me on what to do next. Sent in prescriptions for ointment & and antibiotic for the infected area. Advised to see a Dr to remove the remains of the cyst. I have an appointment with my PC Dr in 9 days to try to remove the remaining part of the cyst.
