The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I've been there twice and each time they were extremely professional, but also caring and efficient.
Having access to all my records at the hospital is certainly a plus. That way everyone is on the same page.
The convenience of being able to be seen over the weekend is such a blessing. Both times that I've been there I had something that needed to be dealt with ASAP. They certainly came through for me.
