I go the Breeze on Josey lane, in Lewisville off Hwy 121 close to The Colony Texas.. I've been going there for years, and it's my preferred Urgent Care Facility.. Staff and Physicians are great. They talk and listen to me of my concern, symptoms... Physicians explain results and medications if needed recommended and why.. I'll continue going to this Breeze facility when I need to go to an Urgent Care Facility...

Convenience is the word that comes to mind initially. The Breeze location is close to where we live. I was not feeling well and thought I needed an antibiotic for a possible infection. Within a couple of hours from making that determination, I was able to make the appointment, reviewed the symptoms with the nurse practitioner, was tested and prescribed an antibiotic to help resolve the infection. It is an excellent service to be able to get the help needed so quickly and easily.

It was extremely easy to get an appointment within a few hours. Everybody was very understanding about my issues. My only negative comment was the exam room was very, very cold. I was offered a blanket, but I turned it down. My mistake.

Excellent all around. Easy to schedule, lots of appointments available and quick to be seen on time. Want to make a couple changes to improve patient experience? Here are my suggestions
1. Allow patients (or head of family) to login to an account with a one time passcode then schedule appointment for self, spouse or children without having to renter personal info and insurance every time
2. Allow breeze to become primary care clinic/physician for patients

T was easyvto makevtge appointment online and fill out forms prior to my visit. When i got there, i did not have to wait to be taken back to a room to be seen. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When results of xrays were taking longer than expected, they let me know so I had the choice of waiting, or going home to look online later.
