I was not in your system, and so the MA who checked me in an amazing job at expediting my paperwork so that I could be seen as quickly as possible for my injury.
Roger, the NP, was so patient and considerate. When he realized I would need to go to the emergency room, he still took the time to clean my wounds and treated me with compassion and care.

I love everything about Breeze Urgent Care. I received excellent Customer Service from the front desk to conversation with the PA or NP. It's easy to book the appointments and fill out the needed information online. The wait time was minimal once I arrived for my appointment.
I've used Breeze several times and always encourage my friends and neighbors to choose Breeze if they find they are in need of care outside of their family doctor.

I was greeted promptly & professionally. After basic information taken, I waited less than five minutes to see a med technician. More detailed information was taken, tests run & a PA saw me with test results all within 20 minutes. The PA gave me the results of the tests, issued a prescription & explained in detail
Everything I needed to know about my health issue. She gave me a written document to review & some options for a follow up.
I was on my way in less than 45 minutes after walking into the reception area.

Making an appointment was very easy, I called and was able to get in to be seen within 90 minutes. The wait time was minimal, they offered coffee or water in the waiting room. Staff is friendly
