I absolutely love this location on Josey and Main. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed by the warm reception from the staff. My visit went smoothly and quickly. The PA was extremely thorough and the nurse very kind and attentive.

My nurse was beyond amazing. He was very helpful and personable and even held my door on the way out. I HAVE NEVER had anyone in the medical field do that for me unless it involved a wheelchair after birth. He was very funny as well. Someone should give him a raise. People will come back hands down just to have a nurse of that caliber. I'm just very upset I can't remember his name even though I looked at his name tag and swore I would remember it. I'm sure it is my chart so I hope he gets the credit he deserves.
The nurse at the front desk was also very kind. Usually that position the person is scowling in most offices. It was refreshing to be greeted by a kind and smiling face.
The nurse practitioner that saw me really listened to my concerns and didn't just shoo me away with oh well it's viral go home. He address medical concerns with possible side effects so I could make a better educated guess for myself between his different possible care paths. He did not treat me like a one glove fits all diagnosis and I really appreciate that beyond words.
Outstanding staff. Do not change. Give everyone a raise they deserve it.

The people at Breeze Urgent Care are always very helpful. During this visit, I had a broken bone in my ankle. As they went through the different parts of the visit, they asked me several times "which felt best" and took extra care not to "hurt me"!!
This is my favorite urgent care center, and we've been to several of them.

The front end staff greeted me when I first walked in. They were both professional and kind. The MA/Concierge Brandon was very welcoming, professional and so nice. Madison the PA was great! She went over what it could be and was very thorough with her questions, answers and checking my physical well being. She explained the testing they could do and gave me that option. Kudos to the team in that office. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to Breeze.
