Appreciate the provider taking the initiative to get me started on antibiotics based on my symptoms and not waiting for cultures as I was in a lot of pain and I'm already feeling so much better 2 days later. I would have had to still be in pain this whole time if we had waited on cultures as another provider at another facility had said. Thank you so much!!

I was a walk-in. Only had to wait a few minutes before getting checked in. Seen by a PA. She was thorough, very professional and explained the necessary therapy. Staff overall very friendly and professional. Definitely my fall-back location to immediately see a medical professional.

Only place i will go to for any care. I do not like Care now. I am glad i was able to get in with my insurance since for 1 day they took off Blue cross blue shield. Happy it got accepted back. Very friendly staff and doctors. Very quick and easy process.

I wasn't sure if my wrist was broken from a fall 3 days prior to finally going in for an x-ray. Sure enough, I had a distal radial fracture. They put a brace on it (goes up to my elbow) much like a cast, as it hardened quickly then covered that with an Ace bandage.They said I'd need to follow up with an orthopedic surgeon. How ironic that I recently had surgery on my knee, the one I was trying to protect when I fell, using my wrist to break my fall. Instead I broke my wrist. The staff, everyone included, were kind, professional, helpful and, caring. Because of the extent of my injury, I was amazed at how quickly they got me in, performed the x-rays, consulted with radiologist and, had the brace/cast applied ~ all in about 1.5 hours. I truly believe had I gone to a nearby hospital, I may have waited hours before even being seen. I don't know, maybe I just got lucky and they possibly were having a slow day. Regardless, the care I received and their "bedside manner" throughout my entire visit was professional, expedious, kind and caring. Unfortunately my fall was such that I'll have to be seen by my orthopedic surgeon, who operated on my knee just a few weeks ago 😢. Bottom line, my mother had seen this location at some point and suggested we go there vs. Plano Presbyterian or Carrollton Regional Hospital. I've always been uncertain about what I've heard being referred to as "Doc in the Box" places, usually understaffed and having only a CNP, CNA and maybe a RN. Also, most individually standing ER locations don't have x-ray equipment for injuries such as mine.
So, I would, without question, recommend BREEZE Urgent Care for anyone needing to be seen and treated for an illness or injury that's not life threatening.

Last time I was there before yesterday, was on 2023. Beyond professional, caring, fast to say the least. I would not go to any other clinic going forward. I drove 30 minutes with lots of clinics in between and one more time I felt that I had made the right decision. Thank you to the medical staff that took care of me.
