A lot of times when you go to an urgent care the service seems impersonal and it feels like they want to get you in and out but we felt like the nurse practitioner did a great job sitting with us and explaining all of the details of our visit and it seems like a very personal experience

Everyone was nice and professional. Appointment was at 3:45PM and was called to back about 4:10PM. NP tended to me about 5 minutes later. So other than a bit of front office waiting all went well.
