Really great at every level. Great customer service from the moment I walked in, through nurse and X-ray process and the NP listened and collect diagnosed the issue. He provided a thorough treatment plan. I am very satisfied with my experience.

Very nice people, except that on my first visit I had to I was not taken care of and I had to make an appointment and come back later when I came back for the appointment I still have to wait half an hour to be assisted.

My whole experience was incredible! I was greeted at the door and taken immediately into a room. The staff took the time to listen, answer questions, and help me with my ailment. Everyone was super nice and caring! Highly recommend this urgent care. You're in good hands there!

The NP was awesome! Considerate Active listener and empathetic a great bed side manner!!! Above any er care I've had in Anna or Melissa! Easy process and lots of availability for appointments. Very courteous staff as well!!!

We had called the Breeze in McKinney but my Granddaughter told me the one in Melissa is closer with Melissa road now open. So we were easily able to transfer there with immediate walkin every one was great they were expecting us and even opened the door for us when we left
