I hurt my knee last week, and I went to a different clinic. They took an X-ray, and it was fine, so they concluded it was a knee sprain.
I went to Breeze, the PA did an ACL test, and strongly suggested I go to Orthopedics to get an MRI. I haven't been able to go yet, but I think the PA Jeannine (not sure if I spelled her name right) was right due to the severity of pain when I perform any kind of knee flexion, including the test she conducted. She was very professional and listed the steps I need to do to not hurt myself further. I will 10/10 come here again.

My family has used Breeze in Melissa several times now and each time is such a relief. I was hesitant at first just due to previous experiences at typical urgent cares. This is NOT your typical urgent care. It's so easy to set an online appointment and unlike the other urgent care in town, I'm seen at or just before the appointment and not having to wait 2 additional hours in my car. Everyone I have encountered has been so kind, patient, and unbelievably caring. The staff has been wonderful and pleasant every, single, time. In an urgent situation, it's nice to be able to feel confident they won't add to the stress.

As a nurse myself who's worked the last 20+ years in a large healthcare system, it's amazing that you can get on line and schedule an appointment for the same day and in my case within 45 minutes. Checking in was 5 minutes, sitting in lobby 5 minutes, vitalized 5 minutes, waiting for provider 5 minutes, time with the provider was probably 25 minutes, discharge less than a minute after the provider left. What a Breeze
