I have always appreciated Breeze service and professionalism; unfortunately, I learned on my visit that my current 2026 insurance provider is out of network, which was politely explained to me. I went ahead as a cash pay because of Breeze's service, but I was frustrated by this knowledge. It is not a Breeze problem. Thank you for your service to our community.

Have gone to CommunityUrgent Care in the past but had a bad experience there recently. A relative uses the Breeze location in Allen and suggested we try you. I was overwhelmed by the professionalism, promptness and atmosphere. The entire staff was wonderful with my young adult autistic daughter. Can't sing your praises enough. We were so impressed that a week later I brought my other daughter there with strep. Exact same experience! You will definitely be our go to clinic from now on! Thank you for the wonderful service.

The medical assistant who brought me back was very kind and had amazing bedside manner and so did the provider. The provider took the time to explain my care to me and didn't rush the visit. I also didn't feel I had to wait a long time either to be seen. This facility was great and I feel comfortable entrusting my care then again if I ever needed!

Everything was smooth from check in to seeing the clinical concierge and provider. I had walked in, my paperwork was processed swiftly. I was pointed to a tray of clinical masks which was very thoughtful. I had to wait about 5-10 mins and seen by the Concierge Madhu. She took my vitals, asked apt questions, ran some tests. Then I was seen by Jeanine who was my provider. She gently discussed my condition and we agreed on a course of recovery. All in all it was a very smooth process.
My pharmacy took a way longer time to process my medication than the urgent care where things were much swifter. Btw, one day of medication and most of my symptoms have resolved already. Very happy. Highly recommend the Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care.
