All staff was very friendly and thorough on their examination. They were spot on with their diagnosis and saved us from further complications that could have been life threatening. Have had no issues with billing unlike another urgent care. Very glad to have you in our community.

Our experience was wonderful, easy, quick. The MA was so kind and helpful. She took care of vitals, payment for copay, and paperwork. Then the NP came in and walked through the symptoms, checked ears/nose/throat and concluded that this is Strep beginning. We were so happy about our experience.

I will give a score of 10. I made my appointment online. When I arrived I was seen immediately. They asked me all the necessary medical questions and then ran the tests. Then the nurse practitioner arrived to complete exam and give me my results. The whole event was fast and took care of my immediate issues. I'm so glad I made the decision to go.

We were in and out in less than 45 mins. I didn't even sit in the lobby. I walked in the entrance and they walked me back to a room. I've never experienced that before at an urgent care!

The interactions I've had with the staff, the nurse the front desk and the practitioner were beyond my expectations! They all were patient and thorough with explaining and compassion. I experienced some trouble with a chart portal and every time I called, they were patient and very informative on what to do. Is very rare to feel that type of customer service and compassion. I will be coming back forever. The nurse practitioner was very thorough. Very knowledgeable asked all the questions to really understand and treat the symptoms. My son was having with a sense of professionalism and compassion and knowledge..
