Everyone was so kind from the moment I walked in. The facility was clean and up to date. The visit went very smoothly and I was seen so quickly after making an appointment. The provider (Jennifer) explained her thought process in evaluating my symptoms and coming up with a treatment plan. She made sure I understood reasons to come back for re-evaluation. Overall a wonderful experience, I'd definitely use Breeze again!

I liked that no one looked down on us or treated us negatively when all tests came back negative. The school nurse sent us because she suspected my daughter had strep but our visit here confirmed she did not. All staff here were kind and took the time to examine with respect

Recently visited Breeze Urgent Care in Melissa for a gout attack in my foot (toe).
Made an appt earlier that day and walked in and was greeted with a friendly and professional staff member. With less than a 2 minute wait I was being checked out by Chris & Edwin.
After a review of my health history and asking questions about previous gout attacks, they recommended a steroid shot and medication (Colchicine).
Both were professional, efficient and personable and told me they would take of my issue.
The next day I woke up and was pain free. Thank you so much to the staff for getting me back on my feet in record time!

I was experiencing a pretty severe allergic reaction to poison ivy and the caregivers were so quick in getting me triaged and taken care of. They were so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Will be returning for future needs.
