I was seen very quickly, treated very respectfully, I was heard, never made to feel like I was making up anything or misunderstanding my symptoms, they really cared and helped . The staff was very professional and personable, seemed like a great team that works really well together. I left with very clear instructions and a plan for continued treatments.

this branch is the BEST urgent care in town, talk about a great experience. Firstly, The facilities were spotless and sparkling. But the best part was the staff. I'm on the spectrum and was nervous they'd be short tempered and judgmental with me as many healthcare workers have before, but that wasn't the case at all here. I felt incredibly welcomed, respected, and valued. These healthcare workers are HEROS in my book. They were kind and patient with me, gentle with the earwax removal procedure, and even went as far as getting the door for me on my way out. Everyone here has my full heart for making a difference in my life. You have an excellent group of people working for you here, don't lose them!!
