Rate a 10, Front desk receiver, nurse and nurse practitioner were very courteous, pleasant, very nice - made the visit very relaxed and unhurried. All personnel very knowledgeable and were quick to listen and desired to help me manage my information gathering to understand my symptoms and diagnose the cause of my visit. I'd highly recommend Breeze and their staff!!!

I had an absolutely incredible experience with the staff. They were very helpful, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. I am so glad to have somewhere to go with providers and staff that I can trust regarding matters that don't necessitate the need for the ER (Texas Presby Plano). Every staff member, from the warm, lovely lady checking you in, to the very competent, friendly, gentle provider you see and all in-between, each and every one of them exude charm, knowledge, and a GENUINE care for you (me - the patient). We appreciate them all!

Love the staff. I accidentally picked a different location and they were able to switch the office visit and I was still able to get in in a timely matter. Every time we go there, I'm so satisfied with the level of care for all of my family. Highly recommend this place.
