I would like to thank the staff for their patience, compassion and understanding while treating my husband who had dementia. I feel like they went above and beyond to make him comfortable while working with him. As a caregiver, it is very much appreciated when people understand his condition and work with him on his level.

I've been to Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care since it opened. The Plano location has been very clean and sanitized. My experience has been friendly and professional. I recently went in for pain in my lower right abdominal area. It was immediately determined that I needed to go to the emergency room for appendicitis. Luckily I went in at just the right time. They were able to remove the appendix and avoided any kind of rupture. Thank you for your expertise!

I was bleeding from a shaving cut and they met me at the door and ushered me straight into a treatment room and had the bleeding stopped in less than 20 minutes. Great care.
