The staff was efficient, kind and professional. I did not have to wait to be seen and I felt that both the assistant and the NP listened to my concerns and provided me with answers. My prescriptions were already being processed at Walgreen's before I returned to my car.

Amazing experience, start to finish. From the money I walk in the door, I was cared for in a fats and respectful manner. I felt at home and confident on the competence and knowledge of all of the staff. Leslie and Valerie were not only caring, they were enjoyable to talk to during a time when I was very nervous bc I was severely injured. They put my mind to ease and made the experience as painless as possible. Thank you so much!

A very pleasant experience. The whole process is quick and easy. I was able to make an appointment. Was in and out with 30 minutes. Very caring and attentive staff. The facility is nice and clean.

I got right in when I arrived for my appointment.Everyone is very professional, but friendly and caring. The facility is top-notch, very clean with state-of-the-art equipment. I needed an x-ray, it was taken and sent over, and results were read and returned within 20-30 mins. Everything was explained and all questions answered. Excellent experience and now I won't go anyplace else for urgent care. And they take Medicare.

Great care from courteous and friendly professionals. Super easy to make appointments and short wait times.
I visited the Parker & Tollroad/Parkwood location and it was super clean; spotless actually! From check-in to check out, everyone was terrific. The nurse practitioner was wonderful as was the technician taking my vitals.
I will use this facility again!
