I recognize I was lucky there were not a lot of people needing help early that Sunday morning. Still, it was a very welcomed surprise to be ushered into an examining room as soon as I gave my name after walking in the door. My husband and I waited for an hour and a half at the last urgent care facility 2 weeks ago when he had a different health issue while we were traveling. It is indeed possible I picked up the germs I am now battling in that waiting area where no one but us was wearing a mask and neither of us had respiratory issues, but the other people did. There were several people coughing. Even if there had not been signage and other alerts at Breeze I would have worn a mask with the cough I have. Thank you!!!!!

The front desk was so kind and helpful. They got me back quickly with no issues. The NP that I worked with was very knowledgeable and thorough with her review. She educated me on my issues and reassured me of any concerns I had. Genuinely a pleasurable experience that took little time. If I am to have any other medical issues arise I would definitely return based on my previous experience.

The staff at Breeze Urgent Care was exceptional. Upon my arrival, Jose promptly escorted me to the exam room. Mailey, the nurse practitioner, attentively listened to my concerns and promptly addressed my issue. As a result, I was able to resume my day without any further delays. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking medical services.

It was a clean office. Staff were friendly, competent and professional. I was able to reserve a time to come in. I have had poor experiences at other urgent cares in the past where the wait was long and the service wasn't the best and I was really pleased with this place.

The entire team was helpful and friendly. The clinic was immaculately clean as well. If you have insurance, definitely check in with the Breeze clinic instead of going to the ER. It's worth the visit. You'll save so much time.
