The environment was very clean, quiet and professional. Although there was a bit of a wait we were still seen fairly quickly. The PA didn't take long to come in and see me and upon realizing they didn't have the tools to help diagnose me he suggested I go to the ER and gave me a full refund.

From the start of my appointment and interaction with the Front desk Admin to the Nurse Practitioner and then Tracy, the Physician Assistant, my experience was excellent. I had inadvertently made my online appointment at the wrong location which they immediately adjusted so that I could be seen at the Donnelley location.
They were all very thorough in reviewing my health history and my current situation. I was very pleased with all aspects of my visit to Breeze Urgent Care. My prescription was given to me and all the notes regarding my visit were printed out and also transmitted to my Health Chart electronically. Very impressed with my experience.

Such a great experience. I booked my appt same day which is awesome. I showed up at the wrong location and they were very gracious about it. They waited for me at the other location. They were quick and thorough. The NP listened to my request for a specific antibiotic once it was determined I needed one. I'm highly impressed with the whole interaction from beginning to end

The PA is very understanding and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to do as he prescribes. I've seen him many times and enjoy the office visit. It's nice when you get to breeze care and you know you don't feel well but the professionalism and commitment from the staff there will take care of you.
