The MA we had, Rosie, was absolutely amazing!! She took time to explain, and show everything to my 4 year old. Rosie let my daughter be part of the process instead of having things done "to her." Our provider, Stephanie was great as well, she took the time to let my daughter explain how she was feeling instead of ignoring my 4 year old & just talking to me, the parent. My daughter left feeling so confident, and brave! I'm so thankful for wonderful healthcare workers like these ladies!

I was very impressed. I was greeted by someone as soon as I entered the building. Immediately they took to an exam room to assess my concerns. I didn't have to fill out a lot of paperwork. Everyone was very caring.

We use the Wylie Breeze regularly for acute care services like the flu, strep, or Covid. We love the provider there so much that if she was in primary care, we would switch to her. The front staff and nurses are always great. We hardly ever wait very long and the care is fantastic.

The NURSE was excellent. It was Sunday pm and I felt horrible but she put me at ease, was very friendly and informative and was just overall the most memorable part of the visit. It was as pleasant as a "sick visit" could be.

The staff at your Wylie and Rockwall facilities are always great. Attentive, kind and caring. We have unfortunately had to use Breeze Urgent Care on many occasions for illnesses as well as accidents. They have filled in the gaps when our primary care is unavailable or unwilling to see us.

Everyone: front desk, nurse, provider were excellent. Friendly, quick, professional. My young child was the one being seen and they were all super sweet and patient with her, explained everything they were doing and asked her permission to do anything. Great experience all around.
