The PA/NP i had was amazing and the MA as well. The front desk employee was also very kind. I had accidentally scheduled my appointment for the Rockwall location, and she helped me out and got me in.

I have been to many urgent cares and ERs but this was by far the best experience. In and out quick while I felt they spent time really listening to me and understanding what I needed to get better. Very friendly staff. I use a walker and they even held the door for me.

They were both amazing! I think it was Rosie and Edwin. Very patient and kind, listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. They were extremely personable and made me feel like I was their only patient! Would definitely recommend!

I broke my arm during a fall. All staff members were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly in their roles of taking x-rays, interpreting results,putting on a temporary cast and making orthopedic referrals. I was very pleased with the services I received yesterday.
