I was extremely happy with how easy it was to schedule the appointment on the website. When we arrived, I was greeted promptly, and the front desk personnel was very explicit in what to expect and very friendly.
There was no wait, and I was seen immediately. The medical assistant was very polite and thorough in obtaining the necessary medical history and reason for my visit. She was very gentle when performing the necessary testing to allow the nurse practitioner to have accurate results to diagnose my condition.
Thd nurse practitioner was very thorough in explaining what the test results revealed and a corresponding course of treatment. She was highly professional and very personable.
I would highly recommend this facility for the kindness, efficiency, and courtesy that they exhibited to me. I believe that the price for self pay was very, very fair with all that was included.

Brought my 4 year old daughter in for a laceration on the eye, staff was very friendly and made here feel comfortable. Was in and out real fast. First time being there and will choose this place again if need be.

The facility was clean, well managed, proficient in managing my care. The NP was awesome. Texas Health Breeze made it a breeze for me to get care when my PCP wouldn't return my phone call about my urgent need for care!

Jayla (MA) and Stephanie (NP) were absolutely amazing!! I came in and was seen immediately and within 24 hours am feeling so much better. The staff and practitioners at Breeze, specifically the Wylie location, are the most caring and compassionate people! Highly recommended!

Everyone here is so nice and listens to all concerns. Honestly, if they were more of a PCP office I'd make this my primary! I have been twice over the past few years and the staff is amazing each time, I'm seen quickly and efficiently, but I also feel like they listen to my issues. 0 complaints!

It was fantastic to walk in and be greeted. Shown directly to an exam room and not sit in a waiting area. The staff was kind and caring. I spent a little time waiting, but I know it was because the other patient was given the same dedicated time. I left feeling reassured and was able to get back to work quickly.

I was very pleased with the care I was given from the time t entered your facility until I exited. Everyone was kind and considerate to me. What procedures were being performed were explained and what my next steps to be taken were also explained, all in a very timely manor. I was only there about 30 minutes nd left feeling relieved that I was heard and understood. I was cared for and given instructions on how to proceed and who to contact. Thank you so very much! I'm happy that you are close to me and know that I can rely on you if needed in the future.
