Breeze had an appointment time available at 9:45 on the same day I checked online. I pre-filled my information on the website, arrived at the facility at 9:30, was in an exam room by 9:50, x-rays taken on-site (a major plus in efficiency) and seen again by the PA to review the radiologist's findings, and PA's recommended action.
I was walking back to my car by 10:25 fully satisfied with the attention and treatment information I had received.
This is a well run facility with caring staff and efficient operations.

Breeze is by far the best urgent care facility my husband and I've ever used. It is easy to get an appointment, the facilities in Southlake and in Arlington are clean, and the providers are great. It's an added bonus that being in the Texas Health system are all of our information is already there. I'm a fan.

We have used Breze multiple times and every time it's such a simple process. This time in particular was very fast and seamless in comparison to literally anywhere else we have used for urgent healthcare. Using breeze is even more cost-effective and easy than using a Teladoc for my family. I also greatly appreciated the healthcare professionals bedside manner, they put me at ease and I felt believed and not minimized, which is not usually my experience with healthcare workers.

After I made the appointment for my 91 y/o father in law with Alzheimer's, the provider called to ask questions and make sure she could provide what we needed at this location so that we did not waste our time coming there if we needed to go elsewhere for more thorough exam. I appreciated it more than she will ever know.

I came in due to an earache, sore throat, and chest pain. The staff was very friendly, thorough, and took great care of me. This was my second visit to this urgent care, and once again it was a great experience. The facility is clean, beautifully maintained, and has a welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

Wonderful, caring staff that was so good with my 4year old. The care and bedside manner was absolutely outstanding. The place was clean and we were seen promptly. Answered all questions and concerns, and tested for everything I had a concern about.
