Gloria and the tech were both awesome. The tech I can't recall her name was very kind and the shot didn't hurt at all. Gloria made me feel comfortable, she let me know what she was about to do at every turn. Like I told Gloria thr only thing that hurt was the glue. Great service and great people. The experience from door-to-NP was amazing.

The staff were attentive, prompt and welcoming when arriving. Clean and comfortable environment that's well maintained. Everyone from Karla to Gloria were personable and helped to feel at ease. The admin process was seamless and reliable with automated paperwork. Went to this specific location for their reviews and they held up to the 5-star reviews -- was a 20-min drive. Highly recommended for any urgent care needs.

I felt at ease when talking to NP Natasha and the other nurses at the center. I felt my privacy was taken into consideration and my confusion for prescribed medication was explained thoroughly. I feel much better today after quickly getting medication and an injection, if anything arises I will be returning as I liked how I was treated, with dignity and respect.
